It was a beautiful day. The sun was bright, there was a light breeze in the air and birds chirped from the trees around her. Erin stood on the wooden bridge leaning on the railing and looking down into the water below. It was so nice here. Many may not have agreed. Some had experienced unpleasant moments on this bridge but to Erin, it reminded her of home.
She had not been in the town of Storybrooke very long but as soon as she had arrived, Erin had remembered. She remembered who she was. Where she belonged. Her family. That was the worst part. Erin missed her mother. She missed her father's love and the nuisance of her brothers. She had been looking for her family since she arrived. Hoping that maybe they had found their way too but Erin had had no luck so far.
She sighed softly. Erin walked to the end of the bridge now and then slowly made her way down the hill to the water bank. She crouched there brushing curly red hair back from her face. Erin dipped the fingers of one hand into the water and wiggled them causing small ripples. It was odd suddenly having her memories back.
Erin had lived with a foster family up until a month ago when she had run away. She was almost old enough to be out on her own anyways and had know for the longest time that she was destined for more. Of had seemed to be a chance that she had ended up her. That is until she had arrived. But she was alone... Erin had no clue what she would do for food, and clothes and school but she would take it one day at a time.

Jerethen found himself close to the bridge that was when he saw Erin, when close he spoke "Hello" He did not remember he for the other world yet he knew it was wise to be nice as he put it until he learned if one was friend or foe & it was not like here he could just do anything to them like in the old world. He was still a hard man to deal with at times, yet he was better here than the old world mostly because he could not do things like he did in the old world some times he missed other times he did not. Yet, in the end he liked this world because he had his wife & kids together, that was enough for him he had looked for his wife for along time & she found him or more his children found her & brought them together so Storybrooke did hold charm for him as other worlds did not.
He was not sure what Erin was doing here, not that it was his concern ether she could do what she wished go where she wished for he was not her father, he was just speaking with her & that was all, if she answered he could stay a bit & talk with her if she did not he had not issue with moving past her to move on with his walk.

She had not heard anyone coming and had been lost in her own memories and thoughts until the voice spoke to her. She jumped almost falling over and Erin looked up at the man near the bridge. He looked odd even to her and Erin remembered the men of her time wearing tartans and kilts.
She watched him silently and cautiously for a few moments and then finally spoke as she stood slowly straightening her clothes. "Hello." The girl said now. He had said nothing else and Erin felt the it would be impolite to ask any questions. She was not exactly willing to give any information about herself to someone who had just approached.
Erin slowly made her way up the hill again until she was standing on the road again. Now a few feet from him. Her red hair now fell over her shoulder and Erin gathered it in one hand twisting it. "Have a good day." She said now with nothing else to say. She stepped around him and started back for town. She had seen a park. It seemed to be as good a place as any to try and find a safe place to sleep.

Jerethen was taken back as the girl just said hello before walking off, he must be losing his touch for most the time he saying hello was enough to get one to talk more than a work. With her have a good day he was still shocked she was walking off, he did not miss that she was leery of him perhaps of others to yet that did not mean he was not going to try to get her to speak to him again. Of course he thought perhaps he would wait to chase after her, after all it might be seen as stalking & that is something right now would not be good to get into trouble with the law over. With that in mind he turned to head for where he was meaning to go, thinking it was to think matters over on what plan he would take, when it came to the new lady he saw today.
