Rumpelstiltskin had been working with Zelena, she was coming along nicely yet he still had set idea on Regina bring the curse just because at the time he was needing to know what Zelena cared about most before even thinking to give her the job of taking him to a land with out magic. Right now he was working on her to control fire in ones hands, it was simple enough yet being on his grounds was a better place than in his home should anything go wrong. "You are getting better Zelena, yet you know you can do better" Of course he would expected better, he always did he could push a person until they broke & he still would want more, but few he would teach all he knew not any more he wanted to insure he had the upper hand if it ever came to it. He did not care if he was a jerk, it did not matter to him really he treated everyone the same so their was no favorites at all "

Zelena looked up hearing the dark one say that she was getting better but that she knew she could do even better. She took in deep breaths, already feeling tired out from trying to work the fire. "If I could just have a short break I think I can do it." she said. "We've been at it for awhile and I'm not sure I can concentrate on it much longer." she said feeling very tired. It was easy enough to start but focusing it was taking a bit of a toll on her.

Rumpel giggled "A break dearie" He moved closer as he spoke "If you want a break dearie go a head, of course it will only prove you do not have the will & drive to be better" He did not have to be nice if Zelena was upset she could leave, he might not like it to start & he could always see they had their paths cross again, but right now he would push her as he did Regina where she would ether sink or swim so to speak, he knew that for her to get better she had to have the will, the drive & more for it, yet the will & drive where the main points & now was a test. He turned his back on her walking away some, as he waited for her to speak on what she would do only she could pick what she would do, it only came to him pulling strings at times to get things at others people just did what he needed them to do.

Zelena smiled, feeling grateful at first when the dark one told her to go ahead and take a break. However, the smile faded quickly as he told her that it just would prove she did not have the will and drive to be better and started to walk away. "W-wait!!" she cried after him.
"I do have the will...I have the will and drive to be better!" she called moving forward a few steps. "I will try again." she said. "Please don't give up on me." she said.

He heard her words he stopped, he looked at her over his shoulder as she spoke on "Do you?" He turned to look at her, facing her "And why should I not give up on you?" He could see she had the skill, he just did not know how far she would go to prove she had the will & drive to do it. He did not see her proving he should give her more time, of training of course he knew that this would be the only time he would give the chance to prove she was worth his time, if she did not prove herself she would have to find him & try again yet there was no promise he would take her back on to train her.

"Yes!" Zelena said nodding. "I have both the will and drive." she repeated. Then he asked why he should not give up on her. She thought for a minute and it wasn't long before she figured out how to prove to him that she could do it. She brought up her hands and concentrated. She had complete focus on her hands, on her emotions, and before she knew it fire balls rose from the palms of her hands, this time even better than the last. She held them up for Rumple to examine.

He heard her words he was not sure he could take her word for it, yet with her actions he was glad to see she was doing better "Better & now you can take your rest" He was not about to give her to where she thought him nice for he was anything, but nice he was the dark one after all & that meant he had things he had to keep to such as been cruel & unbending to another ones will.

Zelena smiled when the dark one told her it was better and that she could now take a break. She liked being praised by him after all. "Thank you." she said. She closed her hands, effectively putting out the fires in them and collapsed to the ground panting slightly, fairly exhausted.
After a moment of catching her breath she sat up straighter. "What will we be learning next?" she asked him curiously.

He giggled with her words "So eager are we now?" He did not mind that she was eager, yet he said nothing on it "You will see tomorrow on what you will be learning next, for now enjoy your free time" He moved to pass her as he spoke "I will be leaving soon, have other matters to deal with" And he did their was always a person wanting to make a deal or in some cases he had to train Regina as well getting her ready for the curse of all curses to be cast. He was not sure how Zelena would take it not that he cared, yet he had felt the flicker of anger form her when it came to Regina.

Zelena sat up straighter when the dark one mentioned that she seemed more eager now. "Of course! I want to learn everything from you. I know that I am lucky to have you teaching me." she said with a smile. The smile faded however when he said that he would be leaving soon to deal with other matters. Regina's face flashed in her mind but she shook her head making the image disappear.
"When will you be leaving?" she asked him curiously. Despite being tired she had hoped to be able to learn more, feeling a bit impatient at wanting to learn everything Rumple could teach her.

He was not sure of her words, it was more that he showed the interested in her that she likely did not have before hand. He watched Zelena he was sure she wanted more, he could feel it yet he knew he would make her wait, for it was better that way for it showed he controlled things not her. "I will be leaving shortly" He always felt the need for a deal & now that he had the time he wanted to make a deal with the soul that was most in need one he could get even a better deal then he would before hand. He moved to head out, as if the matter it was over he would be back later it was just the deal maker in him that wanted to make a deal, yet he also figured he could deal with Regina in a lesson as well see if she was around as she should be.

Zelena felt sad hearing that Rumple would be leaving shortly and especialy since he didn't specify how soon 'shortly' meant. But she seemed to have gotten her answer anyway when he moved to start heading out. She got up quickly and ran after him. "Wait!" she said. "Can't I go with you? I could help you with whatever it is your doing maybe?" she asked hopeful.

Stopping with her words he looked at her a moment as he spoke "No & I do not need help" He did not really when it came to deals for that was more what he loved greatly after all he was the deal maker. Perhaps later it could be something to do to take her out for other training, yet he was not sure if it would ever be on a deal since that was more his thing.

Zelena was sad that the dark one told her he did not need help and that she could not come with him. "O-okay." she said, trying to hide her sadness because she knew he wouldn't realy care. "When do you think you will be back?" she asked him hoping to know so she could practice and get better with the things he had already taught her before he returned.

With her words he listened to her "I do not know" With that he moved to leave heading to walk out of the room so he could head or his deal, if a deal went well he might be back soon yet not all deals took 5 mins so he had to never set a time for when he would be back & also he really did not have to tell Zelena anything she was being trained by him not anything more. He knew their next lesson he would see where they could go with it, but he was not going to train her to much at one time knowing she wanted it greatly.
