Gold, had heard the whispes in town it was not hard to miss them of course he did not belive them, but seeing his wife with the anothe man more so a man he was sure was trying to take her away was enogt to get his anger to a very dangerus place, he had eturned to his shop thinking he needed a magic item it could break many times if not items that could later be fixed why he vented of course once in his shop & bracking a few things, he thought better on what if Belle came walking in or worse the man hanging around Belle, he used magic going to his cabin to smash things that would later be fixed, in the end with the heated anger lamps, glass, wood & much more lay all about him, only when his anger cooled could he see straghted or the damaged that was done. He signed it would cost a great deal to get items replaced, but it was not matter now with his mind a bit more clear he could call for it to be cleaned up, as well replaced. Along with it he could find this man hanging around his wife alone & give him a reason if not many to stay away, with that he chuckled at the tought as his darker side flared to life more. He made the call for clearns to clean the cabin later in the week leaving a key were it could be found before leaving back to his shop, once thier he moved to see if he saw the man out side his shop & if so his plan to making him pay, he would deal with his shop later when he came back.
For right now he was going to leave to find a man & deal with him as he should of been earlyer, once he saw the man he fallowed using magic to get him to think of going down another area where he would be alone or more they would be alone & with it he fallowed, his tone was cold as he spoke once out of sight. "It is unwise to try to take something that is mine" With that he gave not chance for the man to speak as he moved to hit him with his cane & once down continued to do so hittin him with his cane in any area he could reach & when not hitting him he was ethe kickin ghim to move him back or that so he could continue to beat him of he was speaking to the man in a rash tone on why he should of never of come here & what he was going to do to him.

Emma had been hearing whispers in town about Belle cheating on Mr. Gold. She could not believe such rumors, Belle clearly loved Rumple, so why would she cheat on him? Still, hearing the rumors Emma was worried for him, for Belle, for the rumored man whom Belle was said to be seeing. As Emma walked towards Mr. Gold's shop she saw him exit, looking quite angry, and so she followed him. She lost sight of him for a moment and then found him again, beating a man with his cane. She rushed over, grabbing Mr. Gold and pulling him away from the man.
"Mr. Gold! Calm down!" she said. She stood between the two men. "What in the world is going on here?" she said, exasperated. She had walked in on something dangerous and even if everything was true she could not just stand by and allow it to happen.

Gold was so intent on the man he had not felt even Emma come up, until she pulled him away form the man he growled low in his throat as he was pulled away form the man, he was so focused on with her words he his eyes darkened as he looked at Emma he almost did not see her as he focused on the man he wanted his hands on. "Miss. Swan" He chuckled yet it was dark "Business" That is all he said, he was sure it would not be enough for her yet it was all he would give, the man was just lucky Emma was here other wise he still be getting a beat. "Now if you do not mind, I wish to finish this business"
It was clear the other man was not going to speak ether he was having a heard time or to fearful to say anything, yet it was clear he knew that if Swan was not hear Gold would be after him in a second, yet now things just where going slow as things between the 3 came in much of a stand still.

Emma knew exactly what Mr. Gold wanted to do. However, no matter the reason there was no way she was about to just walk away and let him beat a man to death. "I'm sorry, but this business is business I can not allow to go through." she said crossing her arms and making sure to place herself between the two.
"If you insist on trying to beat this man, regardless of your reasoning, I'm going to have to put you in lock up. I can't let you continue this." she said looking him in the eye. "So you have 2 choices, you can come with me and have a cup of coffee or a drink and calm down and tell me what happened or I can forcibly have you come with me and put you in one of the cages, which would you prefer?" she said raising an eyebrow.

Gold heard her words he chuckled lightly "You think you can stop me?" His voice held something of a challenge to it, yet he did not move to harm her other then to push her back some with a movement of his finger, he knew that he only would harm her more if he had to, for right now he likely needed her so removing her from play was not quite an option. His magic flickered threw him on the want to just remove Emma out of the way so he could finish what he wanted to do, he smirked at her, as he raised an eyebrow in return "Always playing the hero are we Miss. Swan?"
He could not help ask as his anger flickered again, just not as badly he was not wanting to be locked in a cage as she called it again he had been their enough & it drove him mad the first time, the second he was only lucky it was not as long. His eyes flickered to the man behind Emma a moment before looking at Emma "I will go with you Emma, I am sure that the man understands the business I had with him" Of course if he did not, then Gold would have to speak to him again with a more directed way to get him to see to stay away.

Emma shrugged when he asked if she though she could stop him. "I'm sure it will be hard to do and I may even fail at it, but that won't stop me from trying." she said honestly. Then he questioned her on always playing the hero. "Trust me, it's not really my decision to be playing the hero. But there are not enough heroes in this world so somebody has to do it." she said.
Emma was relieved though when Mr. Gold agreed to go with her freely. It meant she wouldn't have to put him on lock down and that she could get to the bottom of what was going on with the rumors and such. "Thank you for making this easier." she said to him as she motioned for him to lead the way towards Granny's, making absolutely sure not to drop her guard and allow him to go back after the man.

He heard her words he giggled some with her first "That is all it would be is trying & as for not enough hero's their would be more if they did not bit off more then they could chew" Gold was still tempted to go after the man, but with Emma well he could deal with the man later on when Emma was not around if he wished & it might come to that. He was not one that wished to speak of thins that were going on he was more one who keep things to himself, yet he knew that Charming had helped him one time to find a better way to speak with Belle when it came to things yet it did not mean he spilled his guts ether. Perhaps he would find some answer with Emma or more it was someone he did not think would speak with it to others & he knew he could not speak of this to Belle for he could only think of how that would look.

Emma listened as Mr. Gold toled about heros and their tendencies to bite off more than they could chew. "Well, unfortunately, to be a hero it is almost implied you will have to bite off more than you can chew." she said as she led him away and toward Granny's.
As they got out of ear shot of the man she turned to him. "Now, are you going to tell me what exactly has been going on around here?" she asked. "I mean, I've been hearing rumors, and then I see you walking out of your store on a mission only to catch up to you and find you beating a guy badly." she said recalling what parts she actually knew so far. "Anything you want to add to that?" she asked him.

He said noting to her words of a hero, of course he smirked at her & it was clear that if on different terms she would of indeed been bighting off more than she could chew. He allowed her to led him away, with her next word "What exact events due you mean for around her?" After all their was many to pick even I he was already sure of he answer. As he thought over the rumors his mind thought perhaps she had heard different "What rumors exactly have you heard?" Of course if someone was threating Henry, so in some way she could see his view point. "He is not dead"

Emma wasn't sure if he had actually heard the rumors now, and she wasn't about to be the one to let him know of the rumors. "What rumors I have been hearing are not important." she said. "The main thing is why are you beating a man to death in an alleyway?" she said sort of skirting around the whole rumors thing. "I highly doubt it was over a simple botched deal." she added.

"Of course they are not, you just happen to fallow me for some other reason beside the rumors you have heard" It was not really a question more a fact he knew why she fallowed him & that he also knew what the rumors were even if she did not say if their was new ones. "Clearly you do not know what I do to those that break deals with me" Of course it was more, yet if Emma wanted more form him she would do well to find a better way around asking or saying it, for she already should of learned he would never speak the full truth unless he had to or their was something in it for him. His nature was like that, he was not one to trust not fully but a few how ever he knew he had to trust Emma to some degree just not to the degree she likely was wanting.

Emma was getting nowhere asking him the way she was asking Mr. Gold about what she had just witnessed. She sighed. "Okay, I'll make a deal with you." she said figuring it was the only way to find out what was going on. "You tell me what in the world is going on between you and Belle, how it involves that man, basically what you know about the whole thing." she said for his part of the deal. "And I'll help you get to the truth of it all and fix the problem." she offered. "Is that worthy of a deal for the great Rumplestilskin?" she asked him.

As he heard her words he smirked as he listened to her words "An interesting idea, Miss. Swan of course most the time the deal is better on my end then the other person even if that is you" He looked at her "I think your office is a better idea for such talk, the town has enough to speak of right now no reason to add more full to the fire"
He would wait for her words her answer, it was true he did not wish to give the town more to speak of. "I will only agree to this deal Miss. Swan if you swear to not speak of what we talk of to others, unless it is agreed between both" He needed to see that she would not speak of the matter later he did not think she would, but it was more he wished to have a promise of a deal to insure she would have reason to keep her words.

Emma smiled when he seemed to agree to the deal. She had hoped offering up a deal would be enough and with his response it seemed it was. "Alright." she said about going to her office. She looked around and then led him towards her office.
She listened as he said he would only agree to the deal if she promised to keep what they were about to speak of a secret unless it was agreed between both. "I will not speak with anyone about what we are about to discuss." she said, agreeing to his request.
She walked up to the sherrif's office and opened the door, allowing him to step in first.

He heard her words & once they where to her office he steeped in to the room, he would wait or her to lead to where she wished so they could seat down before they would talk "Belle & myself are not quite seeing eye to eye on some matters, of course that is normal for anyone that is together. I know what most the rumors if not all of them are regarding Belle & that man, no matter what they say I know Belle to be loyal to me, as I am to her"
Not that anyone else wished to deal with him as they would her "The issue is the man is taking things for more than they are, it is not the first time he was warned to stay way form Belle if his actions where not honest, it even when so far to make a deal with him for I thought that his ways & actions would only lead to Belle coming to great harm & as you found me, you only learned he broke his deal with me" The man was lucky to be alive that is for sure & if Emma had not come along he likely would of been dead. "You might not agree with my actions Emma, but if anyone made to harm Henry you tell me you would not do the same no matter what age he is?"
He was not sure she would answer "Him breaking the deal mean I was with in my right to act, to give him more reason to avoid his actions perhaps to you not in the best way or legal, but when I comes to those I love nothing will stop me form seeing that they are & stay safe" He watched Emma after speaking "I think that covers everything you asked about Miss. Swan" If not he was sure she would tell him, yet he was very sure he had even if not to how she liked it.
