Hook walked into town. It had been a few days since returning to this world. Milah had chosen to stay on the ship. Smee and the rest of the crew were busy gathering supplies and some of them probably would join him later. He just wanted to get a drink as he walked into the tavern. He sighed ordered a beer and handing a few gold coins to a man. He drunk some of the beer setting the glass down and sighed. Milah hadn't been the same since Rumplestiltskin had pulled out her heart years ago. He knew she cared about him but it wasn't the same as it used to be. He wanted to find a way to get her heart back. He knew it was still around as if Rumplestiltskin had crushed it then Milah would be dead. The Dark One must have hidden it somewhere. Now that he knew he just needed the dagger to control Rumplestiltskin he would just need to find it. Then he could make Rumplestiltskin give back his heart and he'd then kill him. Although the idea of becoming the new Dark One wasn't that appealing. Perhaps there was a way he could remove Rumplestiltskin's powers or block them somehow. And the only ones he figured might know would be the fairies but he doubted they'd talk to a pirate like him. Especially with his history with Tink in Neverland. He wondered if Tink was in touch with the fairies here or not. If she was then he might as well rule them out. But there must be someone here who could help him find a way to get rid of Rumplestiltskin and get Milah's heart back.

Eric had come into the tavern, to get a drink before he would head out again to look at finish his misson for Regirse if he had to he would stay the night before he would head out, yet it would very on how things would go. Yet he was always one that enjoyed gettng to his target as soon as he could so he could get paid or he could finish with his mission as soon as he could, so that he could retun once more to seeing Regina once more. He took in the few that where around, as he headed for an empty table where he thouhgt on what to eat or drink, he did not want anything to strong if he did go back out, yet somthing as simple as a stew would be a welcome. He did not miss that some fallowed him with thier eyes, as if knowing who he was yet they said nothing & soon went back to what they where doing.

Hook looked up seeing Eric as he paused. The man looked familiar. Then he remembered he was on a few wanted posters he'd seen during his travels. A man like that perhaps could help him steal from the Dark One. Or at least might know of a way he could get into Rumple's castle. He'd do it himself if he had to. But last time he'd fought the Dark One Milah had lost her heart and he'd lost his hand. He wanted to be more prepared next time. He took another swig as he turned to the barkeep who refilled his drink. Hook set some coins down and walked off towards Eric. He walked over to him taking a seat next to him.

"The Horseman isn't it? Your reputation is quite impressive. I would like to hire you to help me. To take on the Dark One. He's stolen something from me and I want it back. Can you help me?" said Hook.

He saw Hook seat beside him his eyes where on him the moment he came close he was not sure on the man if he could be trusted yethe listened to him. "You want to take on the Dark One, even if he stole somthing form how do you think the two of use could posible do anything to take it back wih out use both being dead?" He was not liking how this deal could go & he was glade he did not agree to it so soon. "I will have to know more about what it is you are after & why you want it before I would think to agree, for it is much more then my life I could be risking with taking the Dark One on"

Hook nodded. He held up his left hand revealing his hook where the hand should be.

"I know the dangers. Last time we met he cut off my left hand. I had to replace it with this. But that was after he took my love Milahs heart. He was her wife and she stopped loving him. And fell in love with me. He didn't like that. He was going to crush her heart but he decided to keep it instead. I've plotted my revenge for years. I took Milah and my crew to a different land where we wouldn't age while I thought of a plan. It's been over 100 years since that happened. I know if we get his dagger we can control him. If we find the heart then we don't need the dagger. But if we capture the dagger then the Dark One will be under our power and he'll hand over Milah's heart. I can give it back to her and she can love me again. Right now it's more like she feels she has to not because she wants to. I know she cares about me but it's not the same you know." said Hook.

He sighed hoping Eric would help him. He was taking a big risk. If this guy was the Dark One in disguise or someone loyal to Rumplestiltskin then this could blow up in his face. But he was going to take that risk. He'd do anythig to help Milah.

He heard Hooks words he did not miss that he had a hook for a hand now, but he couid agree with the dark one for once anyone that tryed to take his wife form him would of died he had tryed it once with a woman he loved risking everything to save her. He looked at Hook "Oddly I cannot blame him for his actions with you taking his wife, even if she feel in love with you but, that is what you say" He thought this over "I would have to think this over for a day, but if I agree know this the only thing we take is your Milahs heart nothing else' He was not a completed fool the dark one could kill them for taking the heart yet, taking his dagger or trying to take such a thing or somthing else that they had not real right to would lead to thier deaths for sure. He still did not feel easy on the idea to do this, perhaps he would have to turn it down as much as he hated to think of it he might have to he would like to return to Regina in once piece with out any issues & that is why he asked time to think to know whaat he should do with time to think.


(OOC: Idea since thier is no saying they will get the heart back what if they go to do so, but Rumpel stops them like he hear thier plans spying like Regina threw a mirror? Like Hook could go_ to take somthing else & Eric would stop him only to be found by Rumpel)

(ooc: I think I had Cora eventually help Hook recover Milah's heart so any attempt they would try would fail. But they were seperated with Milah being taken to Storybrooke and cursed while Hook was stuck with Cora in the Enchanted Forest thanks to her barrier.)

Hook paused at him.

"She stopped loving him. He was a coward. The whole village mocked and hated him. She only stayed with him so long because of their son. But she fell in love with me. My only regret was not takin Baelfire with us. We would have given him a much better life than being the son of the Dark One. And now he's gone. Rumor is he used a magic to take him to another world. His wife wanted nothing to do with him before he became the dark one. And his son went to another world probably afraid of his new powers." said Hook.

He paused as he said they should only get Milah's heart. He paused and frowned.

"Not just hers. He may not have as many as the evil queen but if he's kept milah's for this long he could kept others. And with those hearts we could command them to come to us and return them. I may be a pirate but keeping someone's heart is not something I agree with. But I won't take anything else but any hearts he has. Especially as there probably won't be a way to tell them apart right away. Since we're not magical after all." said Hook.

He paused as he realized Eric was asking for time to think.

"Alright. But you keep this between us. I'll give you that time. If this gets back to the Dark One I'll never find Milah's heart." said Hook.

He heard his words he could not belive what he was hearing, the woman left her child Eric would not have left the woman he loved if he knew what he did now, yet he had left his sons yet that was at the request of his son & also that it could of cost them all thier lives, yet it was hard for him to leave all the same. "She left her child?" His eyes flickered with an anger yet it was gone quickly as he covered it "You think you could of done better at raising him than his father & I take it that you would of never told him of who his father truly was?" He heard his words "I am not found of the idea taking any heart he might have hidden, saying it is not as simple as doing it?" He smirked with his last words "If word get back to the Dark One you will not be living long let alone having to worry about Milah's heart"

Hook frowned.

"I regret that too. I wish we'd taken him with us." said Hook.

He heard his anger and frowned.

"She was unhappy with him. And it's clear the boy was too. I know I could have done better. There's rumors the boy disappeared. He probably couldn't stay Rumplestiltskin either. It's not like I could make him forget. He was still old enough to know who Rumplestiltskin was. Although forgetting who his father was might have been a blessing. No one would be safe with the Dark One as your father. Living your life in fear that he might hurt one of your friends or kill the entire town. No kid should live like that." said Hook.

Hook paused at his words and chuckled his spirits lifting a bit.

"You're right about that. It won't be easy but it'll be worth it to get her heart back. To get all their hearts back. No one deserves to be a slave. He's not the only who does it though. I heard there's an evil queen nearby who's rumored to capture hearts as well." said Hook.

He paused and nodded.

"I know. I don't know if he even knows I'm back yet. That's why we need the element of surprise. He probably thinks I'm dead. So this may be my only chance to get her heart back." said Hook.

Eric held form saying anything that could come off bad or go aginst what he was sceen as with his words he looked at him hard "It might be worth it to you to face off with the dark one, how ever it is not mine I have no want to get into such a face off with him, helping you is still an option going head to head with him is not so open" He watched Hook "So when are you looking at wishing to do this so I can give you my answer?" With that he waited for Hook to answer, not sure what it would be.

Hook nodded.

"I understand. I can pay you. I was going to bring my crew but well many of them are afraid of the Dark One's last appearance when he stole Milah's heart and cut my hand off. But I have to get her heart back. I'm doing this either way. I'd just appreciate your help." said Hook.

He paused at his answer.

"As soon as possible. The longer I wait the more chances Rumplestiltskin can discover I'm alive. And he might try to move Milah's heart. The quicker we go the better. I can give you a few days to think it over but I can't wait longer than that. I'll be docked in my ship in the harbor. When you make your decision you can come find me there. It's invisible at the moment thanks to a sorceress friend of mine. But even I know that won't fool the Dark One for long." said Hook.

He paused drinking more as he turned to him.

"How about I buy you a couple rounds at least before you go? Unless you have somewhere you need to be." said Hook.

He heard his words "They have reason to fear the dark one, I will let you know with in he days you have given" It was a challenge he knew one that was something he was willing to do in the fact to take on such a challenge as the dark one it was just being killed he was not happy about the reason he had to think the matter over before jumping into things, for after all getting into the castle would be hard enough let alone getting out. Of course if they go that far, it did not mean they would not be hunted down later something Eric was not looking forward to if it came to such things, but if the dark one liked his things or what he had he was sure to come after them, it was just did Eric think he could keep out of the path of the dark one. He did not know, he had so far yet it was not like he went & started something with him ether. "I would not pass up a drink"

Hook nodded listening to him.

"Alright. Fair enough. But win or lose we're in this together. I know you're sticking your neck out for me. I won't leave you behind. And I hope you would do the same for me." said Hook.

And he mant it. He wasn't a fool to steal from a powerful sorceror like Rumplestiltskin for gold and treasures. When there were a lot less powerful people he could steal from. No. He just wanted one thing. Milah's heart. Hook grinned at his request turning to the bartender.

"Another round for my new friend on me." said Hook.

The bartender filled both their drinks up as Hook clinked his glass with Eric.

"Cheers mate." said Hook.

He then took another swig of beer and grinned. Perhaps he'd found a new friend. If he agreed to help him then he'd get Milah's heart back. He only wished there was a way to pay the dark one back. But he was the most powerful being in the universe. Not even the fairies, Cora, or Regina came close to his power. But hopefully things would go his way soon enough. He took another swig and sighed.

Eric heard Hooks words "It is not my neck I am worried about" He did not miss his words of not leaving him, he was not filling trusting that the man would not run if it was between him & himself, most would save there own skins & not others so he just would not think about it right now. With Hooks words of another round he said nothing as, the bartender filled there drinks he heard the clink before he felt Hooks clink there glasses "Cheers" He took a gulp of the drink it was not to strong of course it would not effect him to not think clear just enough to be friendly.

Once he was done with his drink he set it on the counter "I think for now it is best we part ways, not reson to get anyone thinking anything to much" Besides he wished to allow his body to run its course with the drink that was in him, even if it might not have the effect as others it still had some & he wished to be at his best before taking anything on. He would wait for Hooks words before he would think to leave to head to a room he would pay for to sleep & allow his body to get some sleep if not fully rested.

Hook paused at his words.

"I understand. This is a gamble I'm asking you to help me with. I have to get her heart back. She means everything to me. Just think it over mate and get back to me." said Hook.

He nodded as Eric said cheers as Hook drunk from his glass as well. He paused as Eric said he thought it was best they parted ways for now.

"Alright. I suppose you're right. The less we're seen talking together the better. My ship is docked in town. The Jolly Roger. You come meet me there or here. I'll give you a week. If you don't show up at either I know you're not interested and I'll find someone else." said Hook.

He paused deciding to stay there and get drunk. He took another swig finishing his drink as he got another refill.
