Diana walked into the bakery and grinned. She had a wicker basket in her hands. Her dog Terry was at home so she was alone. She could smell the pastries, and the smell of fresh bread. She'd come to get some more bread. Her uncle and aunt worked at the local grocery store and she'd been sent here to pick up some bread and things as they were too busy working. She walked in as she began browsing picking up some bread and things. She heard the ringing of the bell signaling someone else had come in. She was focused on shopping wanting to get everything done. If someone stopped to talk to her she wouldn't mind. She loved talking with the people here. The town was small compared to Oz but was very big compared to her old home in Kansas.

Lina grinned as she entered the bakery. She could smell the food from the door as she walked in. She always enjoyed coming here just for the smell of the food alone and she couldn't resist the food. They always had muffins or bagels for breakfast. Maybe some doughnuts for desert and fresh bread here for sandwiches among other things. She saw Diana was here as well. She waved to her and started shopping looking at her list to make sure she got everything.

Ribbitin, was out walking as he walked by the bakery he could smell the bread it was fresh his tummy grumbled with the idea it needed food, he move to entered the shop as he did the smell of the bread was even more strong as he walked in he felt the warmth of the room, as he looked around he saw Lina & then he see Diana he smiled to them both before he moved closer to Lina "So did the smell draw you in as well?"

Diana turned seeing Lina and Ribbitin and grinned. They looked very happy together. She heard his question and wasn't sure who he was asking. So she spoke up trying to be polite.

"I'm shopping for aunt and uncle who're too busy working. But the food here does smell and taste delicious. I'm surprised this story isn't packed more often."said Diana.

She chuckled as she began putting loaves of bread and things in her basket.

Lina grinned as Ribbitin arrived. She wasn't sure who he was talking to either when Diana spoke first. Lina nodded.

"Yes. I admit I was coming to shop here as well. But that smell would have drawn me in here anyway. So many good things here. Diana's right. This shop should be more popular." said Lina.

She grinned turning to Ribbitin.

"Our jobs keep us so busy. It's nice to see you again. We should plan to see each other more often. Even if it's just a lunch date at Granny's." said Lina.

He smiled with her words "Yes, it is always good to see you & perhaps we can meet here in the morning if you are free?" He did not miss her other words "The smell drew me in as well, but I have free tomorrow if you do or we can do something this weekend if you are free?" He was not sure if she was, so he asked "How is your mother & the business coming?" He wanted to know so that is why he asked, he should pay her a visited to see how they where both doing.

[Alice Kingsley / Venice Jacobs]

Venice was doing a bit of shopping for Belle and Mr. Gold. She was actually surprised that they had trusted her to do this. Well not so much Belle, but Mr. Gold. It seemed that he was warming up to his new 'adopted daughter' but not very quickly. Chances were, he had no clue that she was here. But that was okay. Venice knew that they liked her enough to have moved into the rule of taking care of her.

They provided her with food and clothes and Belle had enrolled her in school. Now the thirteen year old was here to buy a few groceries for dinner tonight. She was surprised where she turned the corner and saw Diana. She had seen her around of course.

Venice was a shy girl at first nature so she almost did not walk towards the other girl. She mustered her courage and then moved to stand by her. "Hello, Diana." Venice said in a polite tone. She looked at the adults around and smiled softly.

Gold had come here to collected rent as he entered the shop everyone got quite, he did not miss that Venice was their he was not fallowing her around & he hopped she did not think that. "Hello Venice" His eyes flickered to the others as if expecting them to say something, but they did not & the owner saw he come & was getting the money together before handing it out to him in an envelope saying nothing, Gold moved to take it putting it in his jacket pocket as he looked at Venice "Do you want any company Venice?" He waited for her words if she said not he would go back to his shop if she said yes they could find things to do around Storybrooke.

Dorothy walked away leaving the couple of Lina and Ribbitin to talk. She then heard Venice and smiled.

"Hi Venice. How have you been feeling? I heard you and James both got adopted by the Golds recently. Everything ok there?" asked Dorothy.

She paused looking up as Gold came. She looked at him nervously. Despite him no longer having his appearance as "The Dark One" he still made her nervous. Sure he had helped her out before but he still made her nervous.

Lina grinned.

"I'm free tomorrow morning sure. I'm on my lunch hour. I had something to eat already so now I'm grabbing a few things from the bakery. I was going to shop at the grocery store after work to get anything else we'd need." said Lina.

Lina smiled.

"Saturday I have to work. But Sunday I'm off. We could do something then as well. Maybe another picnic. Although if we go in the woods we bring flashlights this time." said Lina.

She chuckled as walking back when it was getting dark was harder than she expected. But it was still fun and she knew she was safe with Ribbitin. She smiled.

"The business is great. We always get busy around the time we have parties as people need costumes or materials to make their own. It does get slow sometimes but we still get enough business to get by. And my mother's great. She keeps asking about you. I think she wants to meet you. And I'd like that too." said Lina.

With her words he smiled "I would love to see you tomorrow" He chuckled softly with her words "Sunday sounds good & flashlights would be a good idea" He did not miss her words on her mother "I will have to stop bye then, perhaps saturday after you get off work?" He knew that he could see Lina mother intresting in wanting to meet him to see he would be a good man for her daughter no matter the level of thier friendship was & he did want to make Lina as well meet her mother somthing perhaps he should of thought of before hand, just he was unsure if they could class thier frindship as more then that & seeing how they spent so much time together it could be classed as such even if all they might do is cuddle or talk & hand out together.
