2) You have to have the dagger in hand or on you at all times, if some one else gets it or you drop it, then Rumpelstiltskin is not bound to do what ever you ask.

Bracelet's Abilities:

1. Blocks Peter Pan/James from using any magic including flying.
2. Allows Rumple to keep track of him wherever he is.
3. Allows Rumple to teleport Peter Pan/James back to the house or where Rumplestiltskin is at Rumple/Gold's command.
