Rumple had felt the calling of one that was desprited, he could aways since a despret soul he smirked form his home, he could not say for sure who it was, but he was more then willing to make a deal with those that where desprited & would not think twice about making a deal, at least most the time.
He disapeared, in a cloud of purple smoke before he appered by on the beach, form there he looked around for the one that he felt, though what he say took him by supprise a mermaid, well he wondered if this was the mermaid that the queen had spoken about, though he knew there was more then one in the world it just came to mind.
He was dressed in all leather, that was of dragon hid his smirk grew as he watched the mermaid being carful how to go about this deal.

Ariel was swimming down by the beach. She wanted to become human so she could find her prince, and she was told by Regina that there was someone who may have the power to help her. His name apparently was Rumpelstiltskin, and that is all that she basically knew of him. She didn't mind though as long as he might be able to help her.
As she was swimming, she remembered Regina's words in that she needed to think of what she wanted and how desperate she was to get it. Apparently that was one way of getting Rumpelstiltskin's attention. Her thoughts of finally meeting the prince and finally being human kept flowing through her head as she did so.
Finally, after swimming Ariel came to one of her usually places. She swam up to the surface and peered to see what was going on. Her eyes found focus on a man who was standing there. To her, this man seemed different from a few of the humans that she kept her eyes on. She decided to swim closer to him, but she kept her distances just incase.
"Are - are you Rumpelstiltskin?" she mumbled as she tried to talk to talk to the man. She was scared but she knew she had to ask the man if he was Rumpelstiltskin and if he could help her. It might be the only chance for her to become human and do what she wanted to do.

At Ariel words he smirked before he giggled lightly "I am" He waited deciding to wait, for her to say what she wanted after all it would make it easier on him, to have a deal happen & in his favor of course. He watched & waited for her to speak again, though he could feel the burning of her want for him to help, with out knowing what he would ask in return.

Ariel's heart skipped a beat when the man said that he was indeed Rumpelstiltskin. Maybe she could get her heart's desire after all, even though she was still nervous because she did not know what to expect. With Rumpelstiltskin's words also, she decided to go closer to him as well. She needed to talk to him just incase he could help her.
"I want to become human." she finally decided to tell Rumpelstiltskin. She bit her lip and finally added, "I've been told that you might be able to help me. Is it true?" Her eyes stayed glued to the man to see what he might say next.

At Ariel's words he spoke "I can do what you ask, for a price of course" He smirked "All you need do is agree & sign a contract with me & I will grant that with what you ask & wish for form me" So now his eyes sparked with the feel of a deal coming on & he waited for her answer to them if she would agree or not to his deal.

Ariel's eyes lit up when she heard that Rumpelstiltskin was able to help her. She was so happy and yet so nervous because she was finally able to find her prince. She then heard what Rumpelstiltskin said about signing a contract and said, "I'll, - I'll do it." After that she then moved closer to him so she could do what he told her to do next.

(I though to ask so I know, I you playing Ariel where her teats hold power like, when she sings & draws the piper close?)
At hearing her words Rumple smirked more & as he saw her draw closer he approached, lightly flicking his wrist to make a parchment appear in one hand & a quill in another. The price she would pay might be hard at first, but it held a loop hole if she found it. He would take her voice, in exchange for giving her legs, though if she got the prince to kiss her or more true loves kiss she would get her voice back.

(I am not sure what you are trying to say :/ If you are talking about her voice, yes it lures men to her like real Mermaids. She tries not to do that because of her fascination with humans.)
Ariel watched as a piece of parchment and a pen appeared in Rumpelstiltskin's hands. She reached for each of the items so she could sign the contract like Rumpelstiltskin said to do. As she was about to sign the contract she bit her lip and asked, "No one will get hurt, right?" She wanted to make sure that her family and her friends were safe before she signed anything. She wanted it just to be her and no one else.

(I suppose I was thinking like her tears, other then her voice)
Rumple heard her words "You have my word none will be hurt, by my hand in this deal, the only one that need pay for the deal is you" Of course if one though of it, her losing her voice was not by his hand it was by hers for she made the deal & he was just bound to it.

(Hmm. :/ That is an interesting idea but I rather it be her voice if you don't mind. ^_^ It makes more sense that way.)
Ariel was happy when she heard that Rumpelstiltskin planned not to hurt anyone besides herself. She just had to make sure just incase. Her eyes finally went back to the contract that Rumpelstiltskin created and then back to Rumpelstiltskin. She took a deep breath and began to sign the contract. Her heart began to pound faster as she was ending her signature because she was so nervous and yet excited because she was finally getting what her heart desired. She would finally be able to live on land and find her prince.

(Ow that is ok, I just though to ask encase you where going that way)
Rumple watched Ariel as she signed, the contracted he was sure that she would be surprised with what he would take, though he always had his reasons for wanting what ever it was that he asked for even if it was just, because he could though normally he had other motives.
