Startling out of her thoughts Elle blushed looking around this was happening to much she felt so confused, reaching forward she grabbed the milk setting it in her shopping basket and closed her eyes taking a breath walking along why was she feeling this way so... lonely she'd never noticed it before, and yet ever since that day she just seemed so aware of how lonely she was, she went home alone she lived, alone she kept to herself, sh couldn't talk making communicating so difficult. she touched her chest something was missing and ever since buying that statue and her little weird episode in Golds shop... well, she wasn't sure what to do...
Sighing as she walked along she grabbed a box setting it in her basket jolting and looking around what she was in.. cleaning products looking down at the box seeing the image of a dead rat she jumped putting it back on the shelf quickly and walking away hands shaking what the heck? man she was really out of it she needed to pull herself together! clapping her hands on her cheeks she winced shuddering and sighed, no... that hadn't really helped...

Gold had come to get a few things, Abi was not with him, but even with her around people avoided him much, like they did when she was not with him. He was a hard man to love, for many reasons, though likely the most likely was he did not give people a chance to do anything, but hate him.

Looking up just before running into someone Elle gasped weakly blushing just the person, she dd not want to run into, blushing she shifted lifting her hand with a weak smile waving trying to be as normal not realizing she looked all the more like she was trying to hard. Fishing out her note book she wrote quickly "Hello Mr. Gold, How are you today?" she wrote out with a weak smile glad she didn't have to talk she was sure her voice would quiver with emotion if she tried, looking at him hurt, and she hated the mayor all the more for putting thoughts in her head.
He looked at Abi differently, he treated her different, anyone with half a brain and a moment of looking could tell couldn't they? or maybe it was because she was looking she saw it. and it hurt her.

Gold saw Elle, as he read her words he spoke "Hello, as well as can be expected & your self?" He knew that everyone came her at one point or another, for they could not live with out food so, he knew that him speaking with someone was not unheard of though, most the time it dealt with money & being owed it.

she smiled faintly "Oh, that's good, I am well." she wrote with a smile, even if he could tell it was a lie he was the sort of person who wouldn't question it anyway wasn't he? yeah, after all as long as she paid her rent on time did it matter.. had her rent gotten through yet she wasn't sure? she couldn't remember for that matter what about her other bills she'd been in such a daze the only reason she was even here today was because she gotten so hungry that staring at her empty fridge had been to much, she hadn't baked anything in ages and none of her projects where coming out good at all. Elle frowned thoughtfully she couldn't rember, as it was, rent hadn't gone through, none of her bills had been paid, nothing, at some point she'd just stopped doing things sitting staring at that statue trying to, to, to think!

Gold knew that her rent was not do for a bit, though at the time she almost looked off, but it was not his concern on if she was or was not so long as she paid her rent. How ever he also had not forgotten about, seeing her at the Minors Day Festival & at one point with David, though from what he saw it had been only friendly & nothing to great, though he had been doing other things so if it was more, he did not noticed it.

She smiled faintly before shifting "I saw you at the festival did you enjoy yourself?" she asked she wasn't sure why she could have ended the conversation gone on with her business but... she wanted to spend what time with him she could, she was so... greedy, when had she become such and awful person? " I sold a lot of cakes I should have baked more I hadn't realized they'd be so popular." she wrote with a small smile.

At her words he smirked "It had it moments, I suppose it is best to of not had enough then to many, I take it you had a good time as well, a part form not having enough cakes?" He was planing how to asked about David, since to ask up front would of not really been him so he had to be, himself yet get the answers he was after.

she nodded "Yes that's true it made me feel go to, that so many people wanted my Cakes." she admitted blushing yeah that had been a nice feeling selling her cakes so quickly people really liked them that was nice. she smiled "I spent sometime with a new friends, I met him recently His names David he's really nice." she wrote with a cheerful real smile thinking about it yeah David had been really nice he'd let her tease and had teased back it had been a fun playful day really and she owed him cake loosing at the shooting game she chuckled weakly
"I owe him a cake I bet him I could out shoot him at one of the stalls and well I lost"

Gold read her words "Well, at least it was only a cake that you bet, so it did not hurt greatly to lose. Though I cannot say that David, at least until recently got out much how ever I suppose that would also be do to that, things in Storybrooke happen only about once a month or once every few months"

she shifted nodding "Yes that's true and I make very good cake so he'll enjoy it. she wrote with a weak smile shifting "I saw you there did you enjoy yourself? she asked with a soft questioning expression studying him before looking down tucking hair back from her face hand trembling a little.

Reading her words he nodded "I am sure he will & I did enjoy me self" Though it was fun, just seeing the scared look on peoples faces. He watched her, knowing he was just answering her questions mostly, but then that was him so it was best to keep as normal that was him anyway.
