"That would work & it would be close enough as well" Gold agreed and Abi laughed. His next words stopped the laughter however. "You are welcome to take my card or cash, what ever one you want to take" He told her and she met his eyes. This was stupid. They were married, this was his baby too. There was nothing wrong with him helping out. "Thank you." Abi told him now. She would not depend on his money but she knew that with his help, the baby would never go without anything. Abi smiled and then leaned towards him before kissing his lips slowly.

Gold heard her words, he mealy smiled as his answer something he really only did with her or more so she was the only one that could get it out of him & it was not just this world she was able to do it, oddly she got him to do it in the other as well, she it was all to clear to him that, they where meant for each other likely the reason the mayor hatted the idea of them being together. At her kiss he lightly moved to return it, how ever he expected the kiss to be just that nothing more, for it was more a kiss of thanks then anything more.

"So we have the room decided on." Abi told him now. She stood after a moment and then looked down at him. "Fancy a shopping trip with me?" Abi ask Gold. She gave a soft smile. "It's never too early to start, right?" Of course there was such a thing as being too early for getting things for a baby. But Abi did not think she would be one to have a miscarriage.
If the pregnancy got difficult, there would not be a problem for Abi to take the time off from work. The school could hire a substitute and Abi could rest. But really, she did not see that happening. Abi bounced a little now on the balls of her feet. She had a number of things going through her mind right now. There was so much the baby would need.

Gold nodded with her first words, he felt the couch move as she got up before he felt her eyes on him at her second words he chuckled lightly "With you always my dear & form the way you are moving, I see you cannot wait" He rose, as he spoke "So let use be off at once, we can take the car, even if you at the moment I think you could give super woman a run for the money with getting there before me" He softly joked with her as he offered his arm to her, waiting for her to take it.

Abi laughed and then slipped her arm around his. "The car would be beneficial." Abi replied now. "A few of the things I am thinking of are large and the boxes are heavy." She was thinking of the crib, and the change table and other such items. Abi moved with him and out of the house. She waited while the door was locked and then they headed for the car. Abi was not sure what part she was looking forward to more. Buying all of the baby stuff or putting it together. Though Gold would be the one assembling much of the bigger items.

Gold left the house with Abi on his arm, he smiled to her as they walked to the car "When has heavy ever been a issue for super woman? How ever, I agree with you on the car it just means I get to spend more time with you" He opened the car door for her waited, for her to get in before getting in himself & form there heading off to the store, it would not take a great deal of time to get there, but he would enjoy his time with her all the same.

"When has heavy ever been a issue for super woman?" He asked her and Abi playfully smacked his upper arm with her free hand. "How ever, I agree with you on the car it just means I get to spend more time with you" He added and when Gold opened the car door. Abi smiled softly and then got into the car closing the door behind her. Once he was inside as well, and had started the engine, Abi's hand closet to him went to his hair running her fingers through it lovingly. She leaned back in her seat and relaxed. Her other hand moved over her stomach slowly.

Gold chuckled lightly as she playfully smacked him, though at her touch when he got ready to move the car he had to wait a moment as his eyes closed at the feeling, it took him a moment to open his eyes, though he did move to take that hand to lightly kiss it before he started to move the car.
Once they got to the shop, Gold got out of the car & moved to open the door for Abi, allowing her to get out before closing the door & offering his arm to her.

Abi smiled when he had kissed her hand and now that they were at the store, Abi slipped her arm around his when he offered it. Abi told herself that she just wanted to get the basics. She knew however in her heart that it was not going to work out that way. She did not want to break the bank, though with Gold that was hard to do, but Abi knew herself and she was excited.
When she and Gold entered the store, Abi chuckled. There were just many cute things here. Everything a baby could possibly need actually. Abi leaned closer to Gold and affectionately kissed his jaw before whispering in his ear. "Are you regretting this yet?" She joked.

Gold felt her kiss, at her words he chuckled lightly "No not yet, a bit hard to get the though to come with your kiss & whispering in my ear" He was mealy joking back, but it was all fun & good, he took in all around him, there was many things & more then he would ever think of, but the last time he had a child it was in another world. He knew it would not be long for them to be waited on, though he douted that anyone did not know they where married he was sure that few knew that they where expecting a child.

The woman looked nervous but curious at the same time. Her eyes kept going from Gold to Abi and back again. Abi did not doubt that by the time they returned home tonight, the whole town would know of their good news. The woman greeted Abi politely and then she offered her hand to Gold. Abi looked from her husband to the woman. "Um..." Abi said softly. "We are here to start getting everything needed for our coming addition." Abi pulled out one of the shopping carts that were linked together to her right.

Gold heard Abi chuckle, he smirked though at seeing the woman approaching it vanished & his eyes narrowed at her actions though he said nothing to her. As she offered her hand, Gold took it if only to show some respected though it was more intimidation like always, at Abi words Gold watched the woman as he released her hand, he did not have to speak for it to be clear hell would break lose if anything happened that should not.

The employee seemed to realize the situation she was in. She looked back at Abi and gave a weak smile. "Congratulations." She said softly and Abi smiled. "Do you have a budget?" The employee asked now. Abi could not believe that the woman had just asked that question in front of Gold. Did she not know who he was? Abi tried to smooth over the woman's mistake but she did not really think it would work. "Why don't we just start at the beginning and start shopping. No worry about the cost." Abi took Gold's free hand now. "Unisex themes." Abi added. She moved now towards the cribs and other furniture.

Gold looked at the woman, when she asked about money, he was tempted to start something to make the woman regret her words, his old self itches to be free & yet at Abi touch he cooled enough to not act, though he could not say he would not of enjoyed if she had just allowed him to have a bit of fun, at the woman's expense.
Gold fallowed with Abi, he did not miss her words as he leaned closer to Abi ear "You should let me have a bit of fun, at someone else expense why here" Of course he knew Abi, would tell him not or give him reason not to, but that did not mean the thought was not there.

"You should let me have a bit of fun, at someone else expense why here" He told her in her ear and Abi was silent for a moment. She ran her hand over the side of a blue crib. The woman asking about a budget was a bit rude. Perhaps she had not meant to be but that was the way she had come across. And Abi did know the way Gold was with other people. She was sure it was eating at him inside. "If you wish to speak your mind," She told him now in a whisper for his ears only. "I will not stop you." She would not be angry with him either. Se moved on to a ivory crib and then her eyes fell on a dark wood model. The wood shone. She liked it instantly. Abi took one of the info sheets and price tag and then moved to a matching rocking chair which she sat in testing it as she waited for her husband to do as he must.
