Samuel struggled in vain as the guards pulled him from his cell afraid they were going to kill him. To his surprise they through him into a maze instead as the exit magically vanished trapping him inside the maze. He was still chained up to his embarassment and anger. He tried to get up only to realize the shackles that ran from his wrists to his ankles were too short meaning he would have to walk on all fours.

He sighed as he kept crawling realizing he had no key for the cuffs and while he was in his human form he didn't have the strength to break them. He hoped he could find something he could use to break the shackles. He began to smell something that smelled something delicious. He soon found the smell as it was chicken roasting over a fire. His stomach growled as he'd barely eaten anything the past couple days. He reached forward to grab it when he suddenly felt himself yanked off the floor and against the wall. He paused trying to hide his fear as he realized a minotaur had him by the throat and could probably kill him easily.

"I'm sorry. I just wanted some food.. Regina has barely fed me the past few days. Just because I can turn into a wolf she treats me like her pet." said Samuel.

[Minotaur/Minos Matador]

The Minotaur found the man, in the maze he knew what that meant few came her unless he was to kill them, yet with the mans words be spoke "And yet not killing you, could mean my life" He watched the man as he spoke again "Yet you being her pet, she must have another reason for threwing you in here other than killing you, so we will see first if I will have to kill you or if you will be spared or not. With that he moved to let the the man go, before steeping away form him to allow him a chance to eat for now, until he knew what it was he was suppose to do to the man.

Samuel sighed in relief ashe let him go and let him eat. To his surprise a plate of food suddenly appeared in front of him as he glanced around nervously not seeing any sign of Regina.

"She's watching." mumbled Samuel, trying to hide his fear of that.

He ate quietly moving away so Minos could eat his own food in peace.

"Thank you for sparing my life. I don't know why she put me here but I'll try to stay out of your way. Or we could be friends. If you want." said Samuel.

He kept eating hoping he could befriend Minos. Samuel knew what it was like to be judged. Although he guessed it might take some time.

[Minotaur/Minos Matador]

He did not miss Samuel's words of -she is watching-, he took it as a sign that he was not to kill Samuel, at least not for now. "I will take that as a sign, form her I am not to kill you" Not that it would not change later on, somthing he was not sure as time passed how much harder it would be to do. How ever for now he keep his space for the man, as if waiting more to insure what Regina willed of him, on dealing with Samuel "We shall see on being friends, for Regina has her reason for putting you here, somthing I learned my self, when I came here & to be so called friends well, it could be hard should it come down to the death of one of use" He meant his words, it was easyer to not think of another as a firend or that when it came to killing them, but only time would tell on what would happen between them or how long ether would be here.

Samuel nodded grateful he wouldn't kill him. He paused as he glanced at him. He certainly was strong and handsome in his own way. He was a wolf after all so he didn't judge based on appearances. Besides he had a feeling they would be good friends and perhaps more if Minos wished it. He blushed a little at the thought sure Minos probably wasn't feeling the same way about him. He focused back on the conversation as Minos said they would see about being friends since it could possibly be hard if one of them should die later.

"Think it over. If the queen wanted either of us dead she'd have done it by now. She certainly has the power to do so. I would like to be your friend Minos. A wolf doesn't have many friends outside of the pack. And now I will probably never see any of them again. It will be a lonely life here. I'd prefer to be your friend whether it's a day or the rest of my life. Regina could kill us both anytime she wants. Us being friends or not isn't going to change it. But I'll respect your decision." said Samuel.

He resumed eating stopping occasionally to sip at the water that had come along with his food.

He listened to Samuel words he could see his points "I see your point, we can see how the friends idea would work out, perhaps we will have to build up to it, for now I suppose it will be getting use to being around each other as much as being here will make use & I cannot say that being here will not eat at you, for it does got with the close feelings at times. With that he moved closer befor he took a seat to start to eat his food, he did not know what was to come, but the idea to speak with someone did not sound like a bad idea at all.

Samuel nodded listening to him.

"Alright. We can take it slow. Just share stories and perhaps get to know each other. If we become friends it will happen naturally." said Samuel.

He smiled as Minos moved a bit closer as he did the same sitting closer to Minos but enough it wouldn't bother him as he kept eating.

"I have a sister I never met and she doesn't even know I exist. Now she probably never will." said Samuel.

He sighed as he ate some more before turning to Minos.

"I'm Samuel Hood by the way. Nice to meet you despite the circumstances." Said Samuel.

[Minotaur/Minos Matador]

He heard Samuels words "It will, as many things do with time" He heard the mans words on his family "My family, those that are left I do not think they hope to see me again & so I am sure, feel I diserve what ever happen to me for my action" At his last words he spoke "
It is good to meet you as well, my name is Minos Matador" It would take some time to get use to having Samiel there, but he was sure it would be great in the end.

Samuel paused as he listened to him and shook his head.

"You're wrong. No one deserves this. To be turned into a creature. To be a slave. There are times I wish I wasn't a wolf. If I wasn't a wolf I could have grown up with my sister with both of my parents and been happy. Instead my father was killed my mother took me away from my sister and grandmother and I was raised with a wolf pack. To embrace my wolf side. And I do love being a wolf. The freedom I get, being able to run fast. But I'd give that all up to be normal to have my family back." said Samuel.

He paused as he kept eating as Minos introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you Minos." said Samuel.

He paused as he turned seeing a blue cloak suddenly appear on him with a note he pulled out.

Dear Samuel,

I've been able to fashion this cloak for you. As long as you wear it you'll remain human. Of course in return you're going to serve me as one of the guardians of my maze. If you refuse my gift or try to disobey me I'll turn you into a wolf and let the wolf instincts take over. You'll be trapped in your own body for the rest of your life. The choice is yours.

Queen Regina."

Samuel growled in frustration crumpling it up and tossing it. It hit the wall and bounced next to Minos but Samuel was to angry to notice. She could trap him as a wolf and there's nothing he could do about it.

Minos heard Samuel's words how ever he did not get the chance to say anything as a cloak appeared, he did not have to think on who it was from after all who else but Regina. He saw Samuel moved to read the note with it before he growled & became angered,he watched him before he spoke "Not good news I take it" Of course what else would it be coming form Regina he was not sure what else to do, he moved to take a seat on a chair or what was like a chair it would be a long time here.

Samuel nodded as he looked at him.

"She decided she's going to make me another guardian like you. And this cloak will keep me as a human as long as I wear it. If I disobey her she'd turn me into a wolf and take away my control. You see I'm a werewolf. But with training and time we can learn to control our wolf forms. But if she takes away that control I'll be a prisoner in my own body forever." said Samuel.

He frowned slamming his fist into the ground angry and annoyed. He was now really in the same boat as Minos and there wasn't nothing either of them could do about it. He sighed as he kept eating.

Minos heard his words "Yes she always finds ways to make ones life hell, I am sorry to hear what she is doing to you, I am not sure what can done to change her ideas or wants, perhaps she will change her mind with time" He could not say that would really happen, but it was a chance still.

Samuel nodded and sighed looking up at the minotaur.

"Yes. But at least it's not so bad. Either of us could have been stuck here alone. Now we have company. I just hope it stays the two of us and no one comes in. Then we could just spend our days together." said Samuel.

"And hopefully find a way to escape this maze and our prison." thought Samuel.

Minos nodded to his words "Yes, having company does help & does keep one form going mad. Perhaps this is Reginas idea to keep madness form setting in where her gaurds & that could be killed" He was not sure that was the reason, however Regina appered to do things for some times no reason others perhaps she had a reason he just did not see it, not that he expected to.

Samuel nodded as he looked at his new companion. He actually wasn't as scary as he first thought. He could see them being friends. He hoped so. If they were both going to be stuck here.

"I'm glad we're both here. I hope we can be friends. I wouldn't want to be stuck down here all alone." said Samuel.

He paused and chuckled at the thought that Regina was trying to do this to keep madness from setting in.

"Knowing her she'd probably prefer us to go mad just to mess with us. I doubt anyone knows her plans or what she's thinking." said Samuel.
