Physical Description: Tall, well built man. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. He's usually wearing blue pants and a blue shirt in public. But he usually has shirt off in private used to not wearing it. Now that he's a prisoner of Regina he wears nothing but blue pants, shackles, and a collar around his neck. The collar forces him to obey her and his wolf form was taken from him as she turned it into a werewolf form forcing him to spend most of the time as a werewolf and the brief times as a human in her chambers.

Whitney Anderson is an orphan with his parents dead. Unaware Red and Granny are his family. He grew up with his parents before they were killed in a car accident when he was 18. Heartbroken Regina was there for him and helped him get a job at city hall. He eventually was promoted to her personal assistant working for her at city hall attending to her needs. He was one of the babysitters for Henry over the years as Regina knew she could trust him since she still had to follow her commands even if he didn't like it. He tried dating but dating girls never seemed to last for him.
When the curse broke he began turning into a wolf again and realized he was still bound to Regina. She gave him a similar cloak to Ruby's only it was a dark shade of blue. He was still forced to be her secretary whatever else she wanted.
He's reunited with his boyfriend Minos and his old friends Graham and Andy. He did briefly fight Andy getting hurt protecting Minos. They shared stories though and he's sad to learn his mother and most of his pack was killed during his imprisonment in the fairy tale land by orders of Regina. Angered and hurt at this he knew he could do nothing while under her control. He just hoped to one day be free of her and to finally let his sister know about him.
Fantasy History:
Samuel is the half-brother of Red Riding Hood. He was taken by his mother when she left and Red was told they'd both died along with their father. He tried to visit Red a few times but his mother stopped him saying Granny would just take him away from her too. And he eventually backed off not wanting to leave his mother.
But when Red showed up with a human Snow and indirectly led two a couple wolves deaths including his mother he was really upset. But he wasn't there at the time and Red and Snow buried his mother and left. He didn't even get a chance to speak to his sister and now she had killed his mother to protect Snow White. He immediately developed a hatred for that girl believing she had manipulated Red and was the reason his mother was dead. He wanted to make her pay.
He got his chance being a body guard for her one day escorting her by King George's orders. He was unaware the woman was an imposter and before he could strike they had fallen into a hunter's trap. He turned into a wolf naturally trying to fight him off but the Huntsman captured them both. To his embarassment the man treated him like a trophy tying him up and tossing him into a cage on his truck while "Snow" was tied up as well. He soon learned they were at the queen's castle and he was now to be her slave.
He had reverted into his human form on the journey and the huntsman had been kind enough to give him clothes but he still hated his capture. Upon arriving at the castle he was thrown into a dungeon cell with no view of the moon. He'd been ordered to be stuck as a human until she had use for him. It felt like torture not able to transform or run at night like he used to. He knew what she was trying to do. She was trying to break him but unfortunately for him it worked. She had spiked his food and cast an alleigance spell on him. He had no choice but to follow her commands. He was then flung into the maze to guard it with the minotaur. He hopes to one day be free of her but until that day he follows her orders knowing he can not betray her. When the curse hit he was pulled to Storybrooke and his memories of fairy tale land were wiped out.
