In Sherwood Forest (Robin & Maidmarian)

Rumple rode threw Sherwood Forest of course he heard the story's of who lived here & what happen to those that cam here, but it did not bother him at all he was the dark one anyone got in his way would be very sorry & he would insure that in more then one way. He moved more threw the woods enjoying it, since well he could so much more then others, though he had come here to get some rare plants & such many that he had already found, that where in his saddle bags, though some where picked in bottles others where dug up to be grown in his castle those ones he use magic to send them directly to the castle to keep them same & see the did not get any damage.

Mariam was passing through the forest on horse back today, her identity disguised by a scarf which covered her face and a hood which was up over her head. She wore a bow on her back and a sword on her side. In truth Mariam didn't plan on using either, but you never traveled through sherwood forest unprotected.

Hidden in the trees, Mariam could hear the sound of hooves approaching. Silently making her way to the edge of the forest, she watched the man on horse back whom she didn't know. Letting the man walk a bit further, Mariam rode a head and in front of the stranger. Drawing her bow she pointed it at him and looked him in the eye. "Who are you, and what are you doing in this forest?" Mariam waited her bow trained on the stranger.

Robin had been making his way through Sherwood Forest, as a break from what his normal life was, but in a way just also checking back on the state of home. He didn't have a horse and the men were farther behind him, about a couple days worth, seeing how it wouldn't be smart to walk into a trap. Which also explained the lack of a horse, it would be too noticeable in the forest.

Robin had taken a break and was lounging in a tree eating an apple. He heard a familiar voice questioning a stranger and he laughed to himself, shaking his head. He jumped down from the tree and made his way over to where he figured the voice was coming from.

Of course disguised or not Rumples magic told him who she was, not that it mattered at the moment when he had to stopped with her words, his eyes did not miss the arrow pointed at him, he smirked before he giggled he could not help it, here he though everyone knew him, but he mist be mistaken. His horse was at a stop as he wanted Marian, not sure what she was up to. "I would think what I am doing would be clear dearie, riding threw as for my name is Rumpelstiltskin" He waited for her actions, though he was unarmed or so it looked he was not one to be tested when it came to such things as being shot, the arrow if he allowed it to hit him, would do nothing to him other then anger him more.

Marian didn't back down, her arrow pointed at Rumplestiltskin's chest, though when he giggled, she probably could have shot him and not cared. "I'm not an idiot," she said trying hard not to roll her eyes. "I asked you what are you doing in this forest?" Marian urged her horse closer. "One doesn't simply ride through Sherwood forest unless they are looking for trouble Mr. Rumplestiltskin. Who or what are you looking for?"

Robin heard the voices and knew for sure who the voices belonged to. He couldn't really decide what to make of it. Marian and Rumple. Marian wouldn't be that careless as to anger the man, after all it was just a forest. It wasn't like she really cared who inhabited it before, but it was nice that she was trying to keep it free from bad people.

Robin continued walking, casually eating the apple. He got closer to the two of them, but was still a bit away, so that they wouldn't notice him. Well, Rumple might with his magic, but he wasn't armed except for his bow, and that wouldn't really work anyways.

Rumple did not move, though he was mindful of Marian as she moved closer his smile grew with her words "Any yet here I am doing just that, well until all this" He made a move with his hand as if to demonstrated he meant them though he smirked more before pointing to her bow with a sign of not caring "Do you really think that will stop me dearie?" He felt Robin close, though at the moment it did not matter to him.

Marian sighed. "Fine then," she said and lowered the bow, there was something different about this man, but she honestly didn't know who he was or what he wanted. It was her duty now that Robin was always off doing God knows what, to watch the forest and over those who lived in it from outside dangers... Though it would be nice if Robin was around more for encounters like this. "I don't know what you're up too, so I don't know if I have to stop you yet Sir." Marian said dropping to the ground letting her horse go off into the forest.

Robin had finally approached them both and while they were talking he had climbed a tree. When Marian got off of her horse and lowered her bow, Robin dropped his finished apple right in front of her. "I'm surprised that you'd say that. Don't know if you should stop someone is a great sign that you know what you're doing. Looks like I have perfect timing, which is strange, usually I'm late."

Robin jumped down from the tree and winked at Marian. "You've done a good job so far though." Robin smiled at Marian and then turned to Rumple.

"It seems we meet again, except you're in my home country, and I'm not in yours. Unless if you've somehow acquired Sherwood Forest." Robin looked at Rumple a smile on his face.

Rumple giggled with Marians words "Of course you do not" Though he did not miss as Robin made his presents known "Why look shake a tree & a large Robin just falls out, must remember it for later" He giggled again with Robins words "You know I am sure I could do just that, own this forest after all it is said there is such dangers in the woods & you go in with money you lose it, I guess good thing I did not bring any money" He smirked before he giggled again, though his eyes watched Robin he did not forget about Marian "So not with your men today I see again & looks like you are up grading it is an improve meant, your men where much harder on the eyes" Of course in his own way it was a complement to Robin, even if he would still see Belle as #1 to him it did not mean he was blind ether.

Marian looked up as the apple core fell in front of her. Rolling her eyes Marian crossed her arms over her chest. "Better late than never, I guess Robin," she said as he jumped out of the tree and landed in front of her winking.

"You know this man?" Marian said moving closer to Robin almost unconsciously. She still didn't trust the stranger, but if Robin seemed friendly enough maybe he wasn't that bad after all?

Robin laughed at Rumple's words, "lets keep it open territory, makes things more interesting for the both of us. People wouldn't want to steal anymore if you owned it."

Robin looked at Marian as if he was thinking, trying to see what Rumple was talking about, in a joking manner of course. He turned to Rumple and moved to put his arm around Marian, bringing her closer, "I like to think of her as one of the boys. She's tough like one, got a mean arm." Robin winked at Marian.

He stepped away from her dropping his arm, and he continued to answer Marian's question. "Maid Marian, this is Rumpelstiltskin, Rumpelstiltskin this is Maid Marian." He looked at Marian after introducing them to each other. "Yes, Rumpelstiltskin and I have crossed paths on multiple occasions. He's known most for making deals with people, a very rich man, and one with a lot of magical power, or rather power. I can add that threatening his life with an arrow won't do you any good, it was rather funny to watch though." Robin smiled clearly amused with what was happening.

Rumple giggled with Robins words "You mean keeps it more interesting for you? Though you are right, more so because what I would do to them of course cannot say it does not sound fun all the same"

He giggled again before he looked at Robin "One of the boys do you? Something you tell her all the time or is it more because she keeps you in your place, form the sound of things she does quite well at that indeed?" He smirked before he giggled again, he was having to much fun with this perhaps more so since he did not see a threat between them. Though as she introduced them he bowed his head some to Marian "Always a pleasure to meet Robins so called boys"

"One of the boys?" Marian whispered under her breath as Robin pulled her in close. Normally being this close to him would make her heart beat faster, but right now Marian wasn't sure what to think. Yes, Robin was probably joking, but, really, one of the boys? "One of the boys?" Marian hissed a bit louder as Robin walked away from her.

Balling her fits next to her sides, Marian swooped and picked up an acorn by her feet and threw it at the back of Robin's head. It wouldn't hurt if it connected, but maybe it would make her point. Crossing her arms over her chest Marian glared at both men. "I'm hardly amused," she said pouting.

Robin laughed, he was used to Marian getting angry with him. He loved showing her off, but he hadn't been around in a long time. He had no idea if she was married, and he wanted to make sure before showering his affections on her, besides he liked doing that in private. He didn't know Rumple that well to feel safe doing so. But from the way things were going it wouldn't be a good idea to press his luck on teasing.

He dodged the acorn and smiled. "Yes, she does keep me in my place, which is a good thing."

He bowed before Marian, "I'm sorry my lady. The men are the only companions I have out there, so I liken you to one of them for you are very close to me. As to your feminine grace I try not to focus too much on it in the presence of the others or I may fall flat on my face and lose my ability to speak, or to breathe. I hope you do understand."

Robin looked at Marian with sincerity in his eyes as if telling her secretly that he thought of her much more than one of the boys. He turned to Rumple, "My teasing seems to have been misunderstood, Maid Marian is a true lady. She is too perfect for me, but I try." Robin smiled wondering where this was all going to go.
