Of course he was here with Abi & David, yet that did not mean he did not care & he would do all he could to help Abi in what ever why she needed or wanted, of course he could not say that enjoying time with his son would not be nice, but at the time his focus would be on Abi more then his son & he hopped his son would understand or see his reasoning behind it. Once up close to the cabin you could hear the sound of gravel under the ties, before Gold pull to a stop & turned off the engine.
He looked at Abi before he spoke "What do you think?" It could of been funny to see Gold in such a state if there was not so much ridding on this time here, but he was hopping other then spending time with her that it would help them come to more tums to what was happening with with what was said & he was hopping that he could tell not only Abi who was behind it, even when he could not prove it, but also that she would believe him for he really could not lose her.

Abi had sat in the car as they moved towards the cabin. The men were there and she listened to their conversation where there was one. She had her mind on other things. When they arrived at the cabin however, she sat up a little straighter and gazed at the cabin through the windshield. Abi had yet to be here and it was really not what she had expected but the cabin as quaint as it was, was beautiful. In a old and simple rustic way. A soft smile appeared on her face.
When the car came to a stop, Abi unfastened her seat belt and opened the door. She climbed out of the SUV and then stood looking up at the cabin. Abi moved to the back of the truck and then took out her carry on bag. She looked towards the lake for a long moment and then moved towards the cabin. Abi stepped up onto the porch and then waited as she looked around. She had left the other bags to the men.

Gold did not press for an answer form Abi, more because it was not like he needed an answer & he felt there was no reason to press something that would be stupid to get into a fight or that with her on. Gold got out, picking up his cane he moved to the back & like Abi got a bag before fallowing to the cabin, there was not any bags left & what was David could get, he knew.
He set the bag down as he reach for the key as he got to the the door before he unlocked it & opened it pushing it open for Abi "Lady's first" Of course the lights would still need to be turned on, but that did not mean he could not allow her to go first besides the pouch light would help give some light into the cabin "The lights switch is to your imitated left as you go in on the wall" Of course if she needed to he would go first, he just wanted to give her the chance & keep with his ways on top of it all.

David, got out of the truck after the other two though he keep himself away for a bit taking his time to get the bags, he just had a feeling they might need a momnet of course he would of got all the bags, but Abi took one & he was not about to question it just as with his father who he would of not even thought to do so with or at least more so with. He took a moment to grab the last bag, before heading for the other two to join them at the cabin. He would wait to see where they wanted there bags & all that before he just set them down.

Abi stepped inside with a soft smile at her husband. er left hand moved along the wall until she found the light switch and then flicked it on. She glanced around the cabin. It was attractive in its own way. Not exactly what she had expected but with the change of events, it was better than nothing. She stepped further into the cabin and then turned around to face David when he entered as well.
The dark haired woman gave a soft smile at her step son and then glanced at her husband. "It's nice." Abi told him softly now. She turned away again and then moved deeper into the cabin looking for the master bedroom. Once she found it, Abi placed her bag on the bed and opened it. She sorted quickly through her things before she began taking everything out and unpacking. Abi planned to be here for a while so why not get things organized?

Gold watched his wife, he said nothing to her as he allowed her to take in the cabin & everything else, he nodded lightly with her words of it being nice, of course it was not like other places or some place he came all the time, but it was at least where one person could still come in with out any issues. He watched her as she moved around the cabin before getting to the master bedroom, once she was there he moved to put things as they needed to be for them of course once done with the bag he had he moved to take the other bag he had into the master bedroom as he looked at his wife he felt the need to be close to her, as if feeling after all that happened he just wanted her to know or perhaps she wanted to prove that there was nothing going on that he was loyal to her & he always would be. He moved set the bag down as he moved behind her as his hands lightly touched her waisted before he spoke lightly "We can stay here as long as you wish"

David returned Abi smile of course he said nothing as he took in the cabin & moved to his room & started to unpack he would give his father & steep mother time to do the same & that, though he hopped they could do somthing to enjoy everyone later on. Once he was done unpacking his things he moved into the living room & waited for the other two.
