Swallowing thickly past the lump of fear the imposing castle set in her throat Sarcha forced herself forward. Such treacherous magic needs a strong magic to fix it. high above a white swan called having ensured she arrived safely before flaying off, it was a mercy that while her bothers embodied the swans they kept their minds and wits about them, oh but she feared that may not last she needed to save then she'd give anything!
And that was presicly why she was here, for a price, this man could provide things yes, for a price he'd give her the key to her brothers freedom, but she would careful of her wording, she did not wish to risk them by promising anything no she knew she didn't have much to offer but... but she had to try.
"H-Hello?..." she managed before shaking her head drawing herself up do not be afraid this was for her brothers so cruelly cursed "Is anyone home?!" she called forcing her voice steady and strong not allowing her fear to show. Having her cloak pin helped, the glimmering pin was a cheap trinket but it had been her last gift from her father before he'd been seduced by the witch who called herself their step mother... she only hoped he wouldn't ask for that it was... her one comfort...t hat and her voice being able to sing brought a joy unimagined and she knew her brothers loved it to, her singing had been praised very highly... maybe she could sing for him maybe thats would be enough and the gold she had smuggled from home when she had followed her brothers.

Rumpelstiltskin heard Sarcha words, of course few came here ether to make a deal then to try there hand a killing him, of course those that tried the later did not live long as a human anyway. He smirked with her words he could felt her fear, something that was all to pleasing to him, for when making deals he learned well that those that feared him where simpler easier to get what he wanted not, that he did not in the end.
He appeared behind her as he spoke "I am here...dearie" He giggle at the though & to help keep her unnerved, his smirk only grew as he watched the woman not knowing what she was here for, but he was always up for the challenge of a deal.
After he spoke he approached, though still keep some distance form her, He was wearing his black leather pants, boots & a brown vest that had a high callor to it & the v down part of his chest, he wore a red shirt under the leather vest. He watched her closely, watching for any sign that would tell him, her feelings.

She jumped turning quickly taking an instinctive step back. he was laughing "I don't recall saying anything amusing." she said trying not to show how much with was disturbing her as she moved walking in a broad circle making sure her back wasn't to him "Your the one they call Rumpelstiltskin yes?" she said "I've been told you offer trades for all sorts of things... I... I need information." she said firmly hand clenched she was sacred her brothers had taught her but no one had ever expected anything like this she would never have dreamed she'd have to come here, make a deal with the devil...
"My brothers have been cursed and I need to know how to break it... I will not hedge I have little to offer and I will not offer you anything that belongs to them, but if it is mine and I can give it." she said wording it very careful "If it will not cost my life... I will pay the price." she said firmly over her fear determination sparked in her eyes she wanted to save her brothers, there was nothing selfish about what she wanted or maybe her whole desire was selfish she wanted her brothers back... but could it be selfish to want to save them from such a curse?

Rumple saw her jump, his eyes sparked with mischief at the though & only more so as she took a steep back. His smirk only grew with her words -I don't recall saying anything amusing- He did not miss that she broad circle, keeping her back from him not that it mattered little to him with magic he could appear where he wanted in a moment, so she could do as she wanted & it did not mean she was any safer.
He bowed a bit with her words -Your the one they call Rumpelstiltskin yes?- "I am" With that he listened to here words -I've been told you offer trades for all sorts of things... I... I need information- "I do, if the price is right"
It did not take her long to speak on her issue -My brothers have been cursed and I need to know how to break it... I will not hedge I have little to offer and I will not offer you anything that belongs to them, but if it is mine and I can give it. If it will not cost my life... I will pay the price.-
Rumple heard her words his finger tips came together as he though before he spoke "I can give you the answer you seek, for the price of your..... voice" As he said the last bit a smirk grew more & his finger tips stopped touching as he point a finger at her. He knew it would be hard for, her it would for any that where use to speaking, but he never made his deals easy. It was always a test for those that made deals with him & few ever could live up to there end of the deal. So know he waited for her answer & if she agreed a deal would be struck.
With a flick of his hand a scroll parchment appeared & unrolled, now was the time to see how willing she was to make the deal, to bind her self to it.

at his smirk she flushed indigently "Can you not be happy about how nervous I am, it's bad enough the things that have happened to me, I'm here to make a deal with you, you should be nice and make me more inclined to agree." she said before blushing. Wait, making this man mad was probably not a good idea. After all it was him... or the queen and god, well everyone, knew no one wanted to ask that woman for anything. "F-forgive me I do not man to offend." she managed looking down not wanting to anger the man and lose her chance
When he said he could help her all fear and determination melted to utter relief with out reserve she stepped forward "You can? Oh thank you." she said with a sigh honest gratitude and relief one her face he could tell her she could help them. "Magic is magic there are in's and outs so fast a man could grow old studying it and still not understand it all, I can't imagine anything that witch has done can't be undone." she said with a smile blinking as he named his price she frowned thoughtfully looking at the parchment appeared drawing herself up she looked him in the eye for her brothers.
"Let me understand you correctly, when you say my voice you don't mean you just want me to sing for you when ever, you literally... want my voice as in no talking, no singing, nothing... right?" she asked slowly she could try and delude herself that all he wanted was for her to sing a couple local ditties and be done with it, but practicality wouldn't allow for it he wanted her voice she would never speak again or sing... that thought pained her, she loved singing she loved how her brothers would play music and they'd dance and just be young... how the people asked her to sing at village festivals... no... it was the witches fault Swallowing thickly she nodded
"I'll do anything to save my brothers, how do I sign this, you can have my voice." she said firmly it upset her that much was clear but there was anger not at him not this wasn't his fault he was just a businessman and he could have asked for soemthing else her life or something worse her voice was a small price to pay. No. her anger was directed at the woman who had caused all of this, when her brothers where free they would find a way to make this woman suffer, married or not she was no mother to them.

At hearing her words of being nice he was was quick to speak "Nice dearie?" If she did not think him nice at the moment, she had not scene him on a bad day something none, really wanted to find them self's in. How ever she was quick to speak words of forgiveness, the though to not excepted them how ever, for the moment he was more interested in the deal then, scaring off.
Though he saw her change when he said he could help, her brothers if she only knew what was to come form it. He listened to her words, as she meet his eyes he heard her speak on on what the deal would Intel "Yes, dearie that is exactly what I mean" Form there he heard her words he could not help form making a sound of triumph after all few ever walked away form his deals. He flicked his other hand making a quill appear "You sign with this dearie"
Once she signed he would tell her how to save her brothers "To save your brothers & return them to there human form you must sew together six little shirts of starwort for each of your brothers You have six years to do this task & you can tell none, in any form why you do not speak any more. If your falls, in this all thy work will be lost"
Of course he did not tell her, that if she was able to do it he would give her voice back, it was one of those moments you do not really ask & I am not going to say.

She shrugged "One would think it would entice more people into making deals, why do think merchants act nice?" she said simply it was a logical conclusion and obviously one that came from a merchants daughter and had witnessed a lot of business dealings in her life. she reached out taking the quill nodding and signing her name with a very lady like flourish before pausing as something occurred to her then, she looked up "Before you take it... thank you, I know this may sound strange but I am grateful even if I loose my voice my brothers are everything to me." she said softly she wasn't sure why she said it maybe she wanted him to know even by just telling her how to break the spell, he'd be giving her her brothers back, he was giving her something that meant so much more then her voice and she would always be grateful for it even if she couldn't say so anymore.
He proceeded to explain how she could break the curse frowning she knew the plan if she could find some surely with a bit of gesturing her brothers could help her find more, the terms where set and she nodded alright she could do this "Ah, if I don't indicate why I'm making the shirts can I get help finding the plant?" she asked him quickly before he took her voice she wasn't really a herbalist after all she knew the plant but not where it might grow abundantly, maybe that's why she had six years because it was hard to find, hat would be just her luck.
Now everything seemed in order how was he going to take her voice that wasn't really soemthing she'd thought about before.. then again the man was magic he probably had a way to do it.

He mealy giggle at her words "That is the difference between me & a merchant dearie... I do not have to entice people to make a deal with me, at least not as a merchant would" After all people came to him or sent for him, he did not go to them asking how he could help.
Once she signed the contracted it disappeared, much like it appeared, he had been ready to take her voice, though stopped with her words "You can get help finding the plants" He waited a moment before he took her voice, binding the deal between them. It only took a snap of his fingers to take her voice, nothing really hard for him & now the task was set before her, she knew what she had to do & the time she had to do it with in.

Sarcha blinked reaching up to touch her throat all he had done was snap his finger but there had been something she couldn't quiet explain she nodded she knew her voice was gone that was it but she had what she needed and she knew her time Offering the man one last smile her expression one of pure thanks she turned to leave she'd find the plant find a way to get her brothers to help her find more and weave the shirts, she couldn't fail, no she wouldn't it was that simple.
With a new purpose she crossed the thresh hold leaving the mans home maybe she she got her brothers back she could offer to help him in some way to repay the favor yes she'd paid with her voice but really what was that compared to her brothers lives? yes she loved to sing and now she could never tell her brothers or her father or maybe... a man she might meet that she loved them but, they would know.

He watched as he saw her learn she had no voice, at her smile he just smirked before he watched her leave. Time would not be greatly with her, but it was not greatly aginst her yet ether perhaps she would be one of the few that could fallow threw with there deal with him. Only time would tell, he watched her leave before he turned on his heals closing the doors she came threw with a flick of his hand & heading up the stairs of his castle, to go about what he was doing before.
