Gold moved with ease disputed his limp, his cane in hand even with magic coming back & no need of his golden handled cane he still used it not only as a like prop, but to make it harder for people to know if he was at full straight, no reason to let the cat out of the bag on that info just yet, of course his wife Belle knew or Abi as she was known in Storybrooke or at least before the curse was broke to all, but him at least that is what he knew.

He was dressed in a fine tailored suite that was black, with a red shirt & a tie that was black with gold stripes on it, he was of course remembered well now so more then ever & people did some dealings with him, but many tried to avoid him if they could so the only time they really saw him was when he collected rent, he still did it more because well he could & so he did.

His steeps where light, the sound of the tapping of the cane as he moved, yet he still moved with a power & grace that was hard to think of form one such as him, the air about him was he was his old self with smiles, smirks & laughs, but it flexed at times from being a down right jerk to being perhaps a kinder side to him, a side many said came form Belle being with Rumple, he of course still used the name gold, even if he was Rumple it just make it simpler on people that where use to it, besides it had a ring about it to.

Kathryn paused walking around town. It felt odd now with the curse broken. She had seen Frederick once at the school before the curse had broken and had reunited with him. They were now living in her house together. She still hadn't found her father but she hoped he was ok. She wondered if he still had the golden touch and that she'd have to remember to be careful when she saw him again. She paused as with her memories back she also remembered the deal she made with Rumplestiltskin to find the cure for Frederick.

Thankfully James had helped break the curse although many had lost their lives to stop the siren who guarded the lake. But she still had a debt to Rumplestiltskin. One she had tried to forget about. Hearing he had been imprisoned in the Fairy Tale Land made her believe the deal was off. Surely she could have gotten him out somehow and the debt would be repaid but he hadn't asked for her help. But now that they were in Storybrooke and he was free she knew he could come and ask her to hold up the bargain at any point. So she had decided to seek out him now. She finally spotted him walking over to him.

"Good afternoon Mr. Gold." said Kathryn.

She paused and knew he already knew why was had come. Her debt to him still wasn't repaid and they both knew it.

"I still owe you a favor. Because of you I found the cure for Frederick. Although I wasn't able to cure him as quickly as I'd liked he was still cured. I'm not a princess here so I'm not sure what I can do for you in this world. But I always pay my debts. What do you want from me?" said Kathryn.

Gold saw Kathryn before she approached, at her words he smirked as he stopped "Good afternoon, Mrs. Nolan" He watched Kathryn "I do remember well of those that own me, yet few do well to keep it, even in this world" How ever it was good to see that some where going to, even in this world not that it would help them not to. "How ever if you want to pay your debt to me, my task to you is simple I only want you to be my eyes & ears around Regina, listen & watch to see if she says or does anything that would place my family in danger form great harm. You do this for me & your debt is payed"

Kathryn smiled nervously as he also remembered. She listened to his task and frowned.

"She pretended to be my friend. But she wasn't. She split me and Frederick up. She made me believe I was in love with David only to lose him to his true love Snow. And she worked with Sydney to fake my death and keep me locked up for weeks. Something I heard she did the same to your wife and to our former sheriff Graham too. She's hurt too many people. I'll do it." said Kathryn.

She paused looking at him.

"But she has magic. Is there something you could give me to stop her or at least get me out of there if I get caught? I don't want to get killed or end up as one or her slaves." said Kathryn.

He was not sure if Kathryn knew just how many people Regina was messing with, yet as she want on it was clear that she did know many that where effected. As she agreed to do it he nodded lightly, how ever he did not miss her last words. "Do you have your wedding ring on?" He watched her, he was sure that her odds where she would "If you are caught, it would be clear who you are working with & that would place others in danger" So he waited to see what she would say & go from there on how to do things.

Kathryn listened to him as she held up her wedding ring. She had meant to give it back to David not sure if this was Snow's wedding ring or not but she didn't really feel right keeping it. But now she supposed if it helped stop Regina she'd keep it.

"I still have it. So how would this work? I tap it or speak into it or something?" said Kathryn.

She didn't know much about magic but she did know she wanted to know how it worked so she'd get it right the first time in case she was caught. As she probably wouldn't get a second time.

Gold heard her words he smirked "Something like that" He moved closer to her before he waved his hand over it allowing it to be charmed at least for now once done he spoke "The ring will do two things the first is it will glow when one is close to keep if from doing so you only need say-the time is not now- if you need it to warn you than you only need say -we stand together-" He watched her to see she got that before he spoke again "It also will feed off your fear, so if you panic the ring will take you to a place that you feel is safe. It will work twice, before you would have to see me again about, updating the ring to allow you to do it again, how ever I am not sure it will come to that"

Kathryn nodded listening to him talk about the ring. She nodded getting out a notebook and writing it down so she would remember it. She'd get rid of the paper of course once she memorized it. One wrong move and she'd be dead or end up as Regina's slave somehow.

"So if I panic when I'm with her and it teleports me away it'd only tip her off? I know you honor your deals and I know I can trust you to keep your bargain. But I'm not stupid. If I slip up or she suspects something my life and possibly Frederick's life could be in danger. Could I arrange another deal for my safety and Frederick's from her or her magic? Like a talisman or something." said Kathryn.

Gold smirked "It will, but I assure you if your just disapear she will know by who" With Kathryns words his smirk grew "A deal can always be made, it will take 2 such items, how ever to do what you ask you need to bring me a clipping of Frederick's hair, as well your own" With that said he waited to see if any more needed to be said or if the deal would be made now or once she broght him the items he asked for.

Kathryn smiled glad the ring would work. If they had protection from Rumple with his potion if she failed at least she and Frederick would be safe. Getting the hair would be easy but how much she wondered. She didn't want to bring too little and not have the spell or potion work properly.

"I don't have a choice really. I made the deal years ago and I intend to honor it. But I won't go spying on her until we have the protection potion or spell in place. You said a clipping but does it matter how much? I don't want to bring the wrong amount and not have it work properly." said Kathryn.

He did not miss her words at her question he spoke "A strand is all I need, if you bring more that is fine" He could do wonders with nothing more then a strand of hair, he made true love with nothing less so he could do this as well with no less.

Kathryn nodded.

"Then I'll get you the strands and you'll have your spy. I just have to wait for Frederick to come home as he's still at the school." said Kathryn.

She was glad Frederick was able to keep his job as the gym teacher after the curse broke. He really enjoyed teaching those kids. She'd hoped they'd have kids of their own but the curse had stalled those plans. Maybe now that they were together again they could start on those plans again.

At her words he nodded "Very well, than I look forward to seeing you once you get the hair & I well see to it that the protections are ready exepted for the hair that way, you will have them before you leave" With that he waited to see what Kathryn would say if anything more or if this would be the end of there talk until later on.

Kathryn nodded. She was working on Mr. Gold's schedule after all since she was basically going to be spying for him. So she had to get used to this at least until she found anything Mr. Gold wanted from Regina that he could use against her. She just had to get the hair from Frederick first and add hers as well. She paused pulling out a hair and handing it to Rumple.

"I will come back with Frederick's hair tommorow then if that's convenient for you. If you have any plans I could come at a certain time or another day." said Kathryn.

She knew he had a shop to run and was with Belle so he could have plans she'd have to work around.

At her words Gold spoke "Tomarrow is fine, ether at my shop or home" He took her hair he offered to him, he used a spell that could not be sceen to see that him touching the hair would effected it any way. He watched Kathryn, before he spoke "I will see you tomarrow than Kathryn" With that he turned to leave, unless she said somthing to stop him, he also vanished Kathryns hair where he could make the item for her, yet not so in view to show others he had his magic back.
