John had not felt the best the last few days, after going to the doctor with nothing being found wrong with him he left after walking he arrived at the cemetery he was not sure why he was here it was almost like he was drawn here it was growing late & the blood moon was rising & now he felt even worse when all of a sudden he felt pain run threw him as he felt to his knees as the pain only grew. He had not idea what was happening to him, yet when he had some since on what he was doing & where he was walking threw the park yet it was like he could not control himself as it he was acting posseted & as he drew closer to an seating area in the park with a mirror he could see he looked like he did in the old world with his sword & axe at his sides & once more with out his head. He had no idea how this was possible on how it happened, yet he knew what he saw & soon he found himself walking heading away form the park for the stables. Once at the stables he was quick to find he saddled & rode out on his horse, heading for Storybrooke & he had not idea what would happen since he had not control over what he was doing.

Lyra had had a long night at work. The curse had broken and her memories back, so working as a bartender instead of being on a ship most of the time was starting to get to her. She had almost fought with a bar patron that hit on her, not one used to such advances and definitely one who was more likely to fight than to take someone up on a date. So needless to say, she was incredibly ready to be home. She had taken to wearing her belt and sword again now that her memories back, but had had to take them off and put them in her locker at work. Something about weapons and working and it being against the company policy. So she put it back on and then walked out of the bar.
She walked through the darkened streets, hurriedly trying to get home when she heard the sound of hoof prints trodding her way. She turned around to face the sound. It was a headless man on a horse...she had heard rumors of such a being, but to actually see it. Even she who was always fearless found herself shaken up by the sight. Still, even with being shaken she managed to compose herself and she dropped her bag and unsheathed her sword holding it up. "What are you beast?" she called to the horseman.

The Headless Horseman heard her, his focus turned to face her more & with her words & her sword drawn, he horseman drew his sword out as he rose it more in the air as his horse reared, as the horse's front hit the ground it was almost like it shock he said nothing since he had no head, as much the Horseman part of him would not attacked her with out reason the Headless Horseman well that could be a different matter he was cursed & because of that he was in many ways out for blood.
He was quick to send his horse into a charge ready to fight, his sword at the ready as he drew closer to her, he was bound to nothing but perhaps when the curse as the Headless Horseman came to an end yet he had not idea to know when it would end or if it could happen again, if he got out of this he could speak to Regina on the matter. The blood moon was still in the sky, giving a bit of a glow to the streets so one could see with out a flash light yet now with the Headless Horseman their was a uneasiness with in the air.

Lyra stood rooted to the spot as the horseman's horse reared and then the front hooves dropped back on to the ground. Her body started shaking a bit in fright but she held up the sword and waited for it to approach. "Who are you? What do you intend to do?" she asked though she expected not to get an answer since the horseman seemed to not have a head.
Still, she held her sword up and waited for it to try and attack her. As much as she enjoyed a good fight, she was not confident in winning this one and that of course did not sit well with her.

The Headless Horseman set his horse into moving for Lrya if he had the option or more if he had been himself he was not as lily to attack but, with the curse that ran threw him he acted more with out thinking. His sword was drawn at the ready to strike her, his horses hooves could be heard as they pounded on the ground as he approached her at a fast pace. Once close enough he moved to strike at her, hopping to make a blow to the woman. In the end their was no saying how this would turn out in the end, only time would tell.
