(Before Jerethen finds his wife Lizzie & his children)
Jerethen walked slowly around Storybrooke in the area he was allowing himself to think, he was looking for his family he was not sure how to find them it had been a long time he had lost them & also lost his wife who he truly loved even if past actions might be questioned, yet he still had wants & needs not that it was a reason, but he could not even say if she was alive something that was eating at him yet it was still a fact he had not answer to. He still did love her still, yet he knew she would no want him to be close to the world if he could find one to make him happy or that, much as he would wish for her if the roles where changed. He allowed himself to think, allowing his mind to think on many more things & he knew that a long walk would allow him to think more clearly.

Lyra didn't really know what to do with herself in Storybrooke. She was working as a bartender and that was good for a pirate who loved to drink as much as Lyra did, but other than that what was a pirate to do in a small town when the sea called for her dearly but she could not answer the call. She was trapped in the small town after all. So she decided to take a walk through town, try and figure out something to do until her shift at the bar. She rounded the corner from an alleyway onto the mainstreet a little to fast and found herself running smack in to someone else. She fell backwards. "Ow!" she said, her backside hurting from the fall. She looked up to who he had ran into. "I'm so sorry, you alright?" she asked, even a pirate like her could admit when she was the one at fault.

Jerethen had to steep back as he felt someone run into him, he had to take a breath form the impacted for it was a shock as he drew in a breath to replace the one he lost he saw a woman on the ground as he heard her words "I am alright, are you alright?" He did not think one could get hurt with a run in, but then again who was he to know for sure in battle it could happen even if this had not been a battle it was still something to be mindful of & show respect after all he was not harmed, perhaps his pride in some ways to be taken off guard in such away yet he would just be more mindful of it later.

Lyra pushed herself back up. "I'm fine." she said with a smile. "My backside on the other hand might beg to differ." she joked. She got a better look at the one she had just run into. "Have we met before mate? I feel as though I have seen your face before." she said asking him, though she wasn't sure why. Since getting her real memories back, her Storybrooke memories had been a bit foggy as the two sets of memories flowed together.

He would offer to help her up if need, be yet it was clear that she did not need it as she got up he smirked at her words "Yes well will time I hope it feels better as well" With her last words he had to think "We might have, I knew many people in the other land yet cannot say all where friends I was am the twin of the Goblin King, but my kingdom is the dragon kingdom in the same area" He would wait for her answer it would help them to know for sure if they knew each other & he also figure now was a good time to make sure who was friend & foe here encase someone might wish his family harm & he would have to deal with them.

Lyra smiled, "Thanks." she said when he said he hoped her behind felt better in time as well. Then he mentioned his relationship to the goblin king and that it could be possible that they had met before. She thought it over. "I have heard of the Goblin King, and the dragon kingdom." she said finally. "I don't think I've ever been to the Dragon Kingdom though." she added.
"I did a lot of travelling though so there's a chance I was at port there some time and was unaware?" she suggested. "I don't know for sure though." she said. Then a thought occured to her. "Maybe we met during the curse? Being stuck in this small sort of town it would make sense." she said.

He heard her words "Yes, I my self am sorting out all that has happened & I am sure fewer go to the dragon kingdom to the goblin city" He smiled lightly "Yes their is a port in the kingdom, of course some people liked to travel in the summer to the kingdoms" He waited a moment as he spoke "So where did you all travel? He thought it might give them something else to speak of later on or perhaps even now" He watched her a moment as he spoke "Should we get back to the other world I gladly will show you the dragon kingdom or the goblin city" Waited for her words, not sure what she would say so he just waited for her to speak so he knew what could be spoken of later on.

Lyra smiled, "Yeah, it's all a bit hazy with 2 sets of memories trying to fight for what happened." she said. "Well, I was the Captain of my ship, but we chose to let the wind take us to our next destination. Only rarely did we have a specific goal in mind. I was a pirate after all, gold and the sea are our mistresses." she joked.
"Have you spent all of your life in the kingdom you're from?" she asked, wondering if maybe they had run into eachother at a different port. "Shall we go have some coffee or something?" she asked. "Maybe we can figure it out with some caffeine, or if you'd prefer a beer? Personally I would prefer the beer, but tis up to you." she said with a smile.

He chuckled "Sounds a bit lonely, as for gold & the sea being a mistresses not everyone has both of them yet some do have at least one of those" He smirked "So not other mistresses came up along your travels?" After all he was sure that men would of approached her, yet if she spoke with them was something else.
He smiled lightly "No I did travel to other kingdoms, making friends, alleys & enemy's along the way. "I would be up for ether, but if you prefer the beer we should get a bee. Where you looking at going the dinner or did you have another place in mind?" With that he waited to see what she would say, since he did know that the dinner sold beer he just did not know of other places unless the store to get a case or that"

Lyra smiled as he said that not everyone had both the sea and gold, but some had at least one or the other. "Very true." she said, liking him already. She could tell they would really get along. "Well, to tell you the truth I had to pose as a boy until I was 17, so there were a couple of actual misstresses that approached me, but despite posing as a boy they were not my type. Once I could be myself, I was surrounded by men who thought I was a boy for a long time and had a hard time seeing me as anything more, and those that did not know me as a boy were terrified of my crew and my title as Captain. So I did not get many gentleman callers if that's what you're asking." she said.
"Not that it would have mattered, my eye was always on my best friend since childhood anyway, so I would not have noticed such advances." she said with a shrug. "So gold and the sea became my mistress." she said with a smile.
"Well, then a beer it is!" she said, now that she was back to herself she was ready to drink and party like the pirate she had always been. "Well, I say we just get us a case of beer and have an adventure, if you're up for it?" she asked raising an eyebrow.

He chuckled at her words of mistresses "Must of been quite an experience" He smirked "Well if no had the heart & will to face your crew to speak with you they could not of been worth your time, so what ever happen to your friend?" He was not sure if they perhaps got married or if something else happened he chuckled with her words of the beer "A case it is, I am up for it of course I might think you are setting to see if you can drink me under the table"
His last words where a joke of course "I am sure of the adventure will be interesting, at least between use any way" If she was planning to drink him under the table she would have some challenge for he could hold his own, even if in the end he would be hurting some the next day. Now it was waiting to see what she said if anything, it was just nice to have a chance even if it was just small talk.

Lyra smiled. "Oh it was." she said when he said it must of been quite an experience. She chuckled when he said that those who did not have the heart and will to face her crew in order to speak to her. "I guess not. I like fearless men anyways so they could not have been my type anyway." she said with a shrug. Then he asked about her friend and she shrugged again, though a bit of worry and longing showed on her face when her dear friend was mentioned. "Well, admittedly I never told him how I felt, he became my first mate when I became Captain and we went on as usual until I was seperated from them. I do not know where he or the other members of my crew are now." she said.
She chuckled when he said that she was setting it up to see if she could drink him under the table. "Aye! You can read minds?" she said with a smile. "But I do have to warn you mate, I can hold my liquor well. So I've no doubts that I can drink you under the table." she joked as she led the way to the nearest store to buy a case of beer.
She chuckled "Aye, people like us long for adventure and always manage to find it." she said, excited to be able to drink with someone again, it having been awhile since the last time she could have fun with someone who could keep up with her.

He heard her words "I cannot say a lot of men are fearless, at least in ways that likely you would be looking for perhaps with time they have changed, but I cannot say I would know" He would of thought of himself as fearless, since he did go to battle & ride dragons or had but he was not about to say that anyway, he still had a family to think of to be looking for, yet he could not say this side track was not a bad one. "Perhaps you will find your old friends" If that was what she wanted anyway, he was sure it would since who would not wish to find their family.
He chuckled lightly "It is not reading minds I promise you, it was a guess. I am up for the challenge if you really think you can drink me under the table, I promise you I will give you a run for the money" He watched her, as he fallowed her to the store he heard her words & chuckled again "I suppose we do, just not much adventure can be found here at least unless one goes looking for it or happen to run into it" It was a bit of change to go out drinking yet he could enjoy the company, that was something that was easy to admit to.

Lyra chuckled. "Well, fearless at least in that they would not wet there pants being around my crew." she joked. She smiled when he said that perhaps she would find her old friends. "Thank you, I really hope I do. Some of them can be mangy sea dogs but they're my family so I miss even the ones that cause trouble." she said.
She chuckled when he said it was just a guess and that he wasn't a mind reader. "Well, it should be a worthy challenge then." she said about him saying he would give her a run for her money in drinking him under the table. "I look forward to it." she added as they picked up some beer and then left the store to find somewhere to drink that was not right on the street where the local law enforcement was not at arms reach.

He chuckled lightly "If we had meet under the right time, I could of at least be fearless enough to face your men to speak with you" He meant it, he was not one to back done to much when it came to what he wanted. He smiled to her as he spoke "You remember the ones that get in trouble more" He chuckled lightly "Their is no lose of honor losing to one that is worthy, even if ones pride might be hurt for a time & it does help when it does not cost one their live ether should they lose" He fallowed her as she left the store, not sure were she had in mind to go yet he was thinking of places perhaps they could go "Any ideas where you want to go? The ones I am thinking of the law is to close & other places they do not take kindly when you bring your own beer" The idea of his place came to mind not sure how that would come off, but it was perhaps a place to go not that he would do anything to Lyra, well if she started something that was different but other wise he would not. "Should we not find a some where I would say we could go to my place" Of course after he said it he knew it might come off wrong not that he meant it to more just the law could not touch them so simply & if they passed out they were they could sleep it off with out worry of having to leave & get hurt.
