Physical Description:
Up until she was about 17 she dressed like a boy, and bound herself to appear as a boy. When it was revealed she was a girl she sort of mixed it up wearing corsets with traditional male pirate attire so that her identity as Lee Cutlass and her true identity as Lyra Bardolph were one in the same. In storybrooke she wears goth/punk style clothing as her Storybrooke curse personality was a singer and artist hoping to join or start a band while working part time as a waitress. After the curse is broken her style becomes closer to what it was before the curse, or as close as possible. She has very long black hair and blue/green eyes.

Father: Captain James Bardolph (The original Captain of "The Maiden's Favor".
Mother: Victoria Cutlass (She was the owner of a pub at the port town Captain Bard often visited.

The crew of "The Maiden's Favor"
BEST friend: The crewmember she grew up with, he was a couple years older and the Captain asked him to watch over Lyra so he protected her up until she was able to take care of herself, even being able to beat him in duels. Also, he was Lyra's first crush and he knew from the start she was a girl, though she had no idea he knew. (Will be requesting someone play him later most likely)

Being stuck in storybrooke, not being able to sail, and losing

Dueling and drinking at pubs, in storybrooke she paints/draws and sings and plays piano and guitar as well.

Storybrooke History:
Lisa Culter is a bartender at the local bar in Storybrooke. She is a very feminine woman who is a big flirt. She was an only child and lost her parents at a young age, barely even remembers them. She spends her nights at the bar and sleeps most of the day, not one to early rise. When the curse was broken Lyra was quite unhappy to learn what she had been in Storybrooke. She kept her job as a bartender, being a pirate and enjoying alcohol to excess made the job fit her quite well of course. However, Lyra is much more tempermental and while she might be a bit flirty at times she is more likely to challenge patrons to a duel if they say the wrong thing instead of flirting with them.
Fantasy History:
Lyra's mother was a bar wench working in a pub of the port town that Captain James Bardolph docked his merry band of pirates and their ship "The Maiden's Favor". She became pregnant with his child, Lyra, and when Lyra was only around 5 or 6 Victoria (Her mother) died of an illness leaving Lyra alone until "The Maiden's Favor" docked a month later and Captain Bard dressed her up as a lad and brought her aboard his ship. For 10 years, she worked hard to prove herself to the crew. She had feminine features but they thought she was a boy so they nicknamed her "Lady Cutlass" as a prank, and the name stuck.
She took on the largest of the crew and one with sharp wit and quick reflexes at the age of 11 resulting in her finally earning the crew's respect. When she was 17, the first mate, angry with the Captain's constant disregard for the pirate code stages a coup'de'tat but is foiled by those loyal to the Captain (including Lyra) but he stabs the Captain and reveals Lyra's true gender (something he knew the whole time). The Captain in his dying breaths asks the crew not to blame Lyra. The crew decide to name her Captain as respect to the Captain and because they believe she will make a great Captain. Also because her best friend, a crew member just a few years older than her, tells everyone that it wasn't her fault and that she should become the new Captain and reminds them of her skills and how much they truly respect her.
She and the crew were separated back when the first curse hit and she ended up in Storybrooke as a bartender, Lisa Culter.

It was a rather dark night as Emma drove along the desserted highway. Seeing the town limits sign just ahead she stopped just before it and stepped out of the car. "Welcome to Storybrook" it said and she let out a sigh. "Here we go again." she said before sitting back in the car. She looked in the back seat at her son, sleeping soundly in the back seat. "Still sleeping." she said looking over to Hook before starting up the car again and driving the rest of the way into town. Part of her felt exhausted already knowing what most likely awaited them in the cursed town, but somehow she also felt really happy to be back.
