Thumbelina had arrived at the wall getting a ride from a bird who dropped her off and flew away. She sighed as she walked to the edge of the well looking at the water below. She sighed as she closed her eyes holding a coin in her hands she'd gotten from her mother upon returning to her. She'd fallen for a fairy and now he had died protecting her. Of course she didn't know he was still alive as now she was in mourning for him. And she also lost her chance to become a fairy. Until her mother had told her about this wishing well and so here she was.

"I wish I had wings. I wish I was a fairy." said Thumbelina.

She dropped the coin into the well and waited wondering how long it would take. And if her wish would come true at all.

Rumple was at his castle spinning, when he heard the wish he giggled to out load as he rose before he moved to vanish to apper where the person was that made the wish, he saw the young girl "I can help you with that" He smiled as he giggled allowing his smile to grow as he waited to the girls words, the chance of a deal always made his day it always could gain his intrested when it came down to it. He was dressed in his dragon hid vest, pants, as well boots, with a red silk shirt under the vest as he watched her he waited for her words to what he had said.

Thumbelina turned seeing Rumplestiltskin and was surprised by his appearance. He looked like a monster but he was dressed quite well. She had the urge to flee but he said he could help her. Perhaps he was some kind of wizard. Maybe he owned this well. She tried to be brave knowing this is what she wanted. Surely he could help her if he had come here.

"You could really help me?" asked Thumbelina.

She smiled walking up to him and taking a seat on the well her feet hanging off the side. She frowned realizing it was a long drop the ground. She hadn't thought of getting down if her wish hadn't worked.

"Then do it. You must be a powerful wizard to hear my wish and come to me. Do I need to get anything like ingredients for you? Or is it just like a wave of a magic wand?" asked Thumbelina.

All she knew about magic was in stories her mother had read to her as a child and she had reread several times. She had no idea who powerful and dangerous the man she was talking with was. And how she might regret this choice later on.

He heard her words "I can, for a price of course" He giggle "All I need do a flick of my fingers to turn you into a fairy" He watched her "I will make you a fairy with wings, if you promise to do somthing for me later on" Now it was waitng to see what she would say the itch to make this deal was eatting at him, it was just the way he was a deal always gained his intrested more than most things in his life.

Thumbelina smiled as she listened to him.

"You mean like help you? I don't see a problem with that. I like helping other people. You've got yourself a deal." said Thumbelina.

She smiled as she couldn't wait to be a fairy. She wasn't even thinking of what this deal might cost her. Or that she might regret this deal later on. All she was thinking about was her dream of a being a fairy was finally coming true.

Rumple heard her words he smile, he could not help it he moved closer to her "Yes, helping me out later ether by doing somthing for me or giving me somthing that you would own" He made a scroll apper form purple smoke as well, a quill as he spoke "Sign the contracted & I will make you a fairy" He now waited to see what she would say & if she would sign the contracted.

Thumbelina smiled as he said all she'd have to do was help him later on or give him something.

"Well I don't really have much. My mother owns my house and the few things I own I don't think you'd be interested in. So helping you out later sounds ok to me. After all you're helping me become a fairy. The least I could do is help you with something." said Thumbelina.

It made sense to her. It was like a business transaction and sure enough a contract appeared in his hands and a quill. She nodded as he told her to sign it. She took the quill from him and signed it her name on the bottom. Her dream was finally coming true.

He watched her hearing her words he did not say anything, to them once she signed the contracted he made it vanish as he smiled & giggled "Are you ready?" Once he knew she was ready he gave a flick of his fingers turning her into a fairy, on what she had asked for he just did not know if she thought this fully out, but that was not his issue or for him to question it.

Thumbelina smiled as he asked if she was ready. She nodded as he flicked his fingers as she felt herself transform into a fairy. She paused as realized she was now wearing all black and she felt different as if her heart was turning black. She had gotten her wish. But she was turning into a dark fairy.

"Something's not right." said Thumbelina.

She frowns as she begins to glow black.

"What's happening to me?" asked Theumbelina.

She then grew to human size as she stared at herself in shock. She turned glancing back at Rumplestiltskin in confusion.

"What did you do to me? I wanted to be a good fairy. And I don't feel like a good fairy." said Thumbelina.

Rumple heard her words "I turned you into a fairy, as you asked" He did not miss her other words "Good or bad what is the diffrance & who is to say you are not a good fairy & just do not know it yet?" He was an ass, yet he did not care since well it did not deal with him any more. He waited for her words if she did nothing or it could end he would just leave her & let her sort out everything.

Thumbelina looked at him angrily but the transformation was now complete. She was a dark fairy and she was beginning to enjoy it.

"I guess it was my fault for not be specific enough. Thanks for making me a fairy though." said Thumbelina.

She paused as he said what was the difference and she smirked.

"We both know the difference and I thank you. I like this new feeling. I've always been so good and kind and now the thought of that makes me sick." said Thumbelina.

She paused realizing she still owed him a favor.

"So any idea what this favor you want me to do? Or do I wait for you to think of something for me to do and find me later?" asked Thumbelina.

He heard her words of thanks he was supprised, even if she knew she should of been more specific somthing she would remember later on if dealing with him. He smiled as he heard her words of enjoying the new feeling "I am happy to help, enjoy the new feeling & I will let you know when I think of the favor I wish form you" With that he waited to see what she would say or if he was needed any longer, if not he would return home to go back to spinning.

"I understand. Although I think I may need to think of a new name. Thumbelina doesn't really sound like a dark fairy's name." said Thumbelina.

She chuckled before turning to him.

"So when you do decide to collect on that favor do you come to me? Will I be summoned to you? Or are you just going to surprise me?" said Thumbelina.

He heard her words "I will supprise you & as for a name perhaps dark star, doomsday or somthing like it" With that he waited to see what she would say & with that he waited to see if he was needed any longer.

Thumbelina smiled at him.

"Hmm. Perhaps Phoenix would be better. After all I have been reborn in a way thanks to you." Said Thumbelina.

She grinned as she turned to him.

"Hmm. Do you know of a place I could use as a home? I don't feel like returning to my hold home now. And obviously I won't be accepted with the fairies." said Phoenix.

She paused as she realized she didn't know much about her new powers. She didn't want to end up backfiring a spell or hurting herself. She looked at him and smiled.

"I know you're a very busy man. But do you think you could help teach me? I could owe you another favor or whatever else you want. I don't want to mess up these powers and start a forest fire or something." said Phoenix.
