Ever wonder what would happen if the characters of fairy tales were around today, well in this site based off the hit TV show Once Upon a time, you can find out & tell your own story as well. The place is Storybrooke, Maine the town is populated by characters from fairy tales, who have been exiled to the real world due to a curse cast by the Evil Queen as part of a revenge plot against Snow White, and Prince Charming.
Because of the curse, most of the inhabitants of Storybrooke have no memory of their true identities and have been stuck timelessly in Storybrooke for years, two of the few that knew the truth are the Mayor & Mr. Gold. As time goes bye who else well remember & how will they learn to deal with the news, find out here in Once Upon a Time.
28 years has passed, the curse is broken and people in Storybrooke remember who there are The search is on for there loved ones that they have lost or cannot find & yet everyone is still in Storybrooke or at least those there at the moment. There are check in centers and information boards for help.
Lines have been crossed and courage has been tested in many ways. It has been found one cannot cross theboarder leading out of Storybrooke with out a great price being payed, where one loses all there memory of there past life. Magic does not work quite like it did in the fairytale world, will this prove an issue to those that welded it before or will it not? Will magic being brought back bring more trouble then is is worth? And with it being brought back what secretes will it hold for all those with in Storybrooke.

Welcome, to all, the curse has been lifted in Storybrooke & magic is on its way to Storybrooke. A thread has been started called Magic is coming, open to all members to join who wish to post about wakening up form the curse & the events happening just before magic is brought to Storybrooke.

Site Rules 1) Be kind to all members 2) Those that wish to RP cannons: keep in mind that many cannons are two people so it would be best if members take on both roles to help tell their story. 3) Members to keep the site going it is asked that you post at least 2 times a week. 4) No God modding taken characters. 5) If a thread is moved to the old posts & you are not finished with it just let one of the staff know & we can move it out of old posts if need be. However, you must tell us where you want it placed. 6) Also if you can please let a staff member know when you are done with a thread so that it can be moved. 7) Once magic is back in Storybrooke, the only area you can post with out magic will be the Flash Back Area on the site. Magic has come to Storybrooke, all members know remember who they are & can go about finding the rest of there family & friends, as well loved ones & anything else they wish to do.

On top of the curse being broken magic has descended upon all of Storybrooke & its lands, engulfing it with in a cloud of purple cloud like smoke. And those that can feel it know instantly after it sets in what it is magic... magic has be brought to Storybrooke, at the moment now know how or by who, but some have an idea of course to the answer.

Alright members we are looking at doing a Christmas play, the play of course keeping festive with Christmas would be a Christmas carol. We would not be going threw all the show to make it easier for members, but it would be where members that say would like to be in the the show could rp the part with others that are not in the show, if everyone does by change then we can rp it with members on how the play went & all that.

At the end of the month we will send out a list for members that have not showed up for some time, if you are on the list you will need to cheek in other wise your member will be reopened & your account will be deleted.

A list of members that need to cheek in is going to be sent out today, those that are on the list will need to cheek in with in two weeks of the message being sent out between those two weeks time, to not have there members put back up for others.
Should you miss the cheek in time, you of course are welcome to come to the site to take on the role again if it is open or take another role.
So, just as a reminder for on here starting tomorrow those on the list will need to cheek in no later then the morning of Jan 15 2013.
