Ruby's granny was on vacation and she left Ruby in charge. Ruby didn't like being in charge, especially when it was a slow day. She wished Granny was there. The shop was always busy when she was around. She only had two costumers everyday, and it was Emma and Henry wanting hot cocoa with cinnamon. It was a cold February day and Ruby herself had a few cocoas a day. Then, Ruby caught something out of the corner of her eye. "Oops, I really need Granny. Maybe if I turned the sign to open I would have customers." Ruby turned the sign and waited for the crowd.
