James yawned as he woke up. He realized he wasn't at the orphanage anymore. He recognized it immediately as Rumplestiltskin's house. He had to get away. As he sat up he realized there was a silver mettalic bracelet on his left arm. He tried pulling it off but it wouldn't budge. He jumped into the air and fell fto the ground immediately.

"I can't fly. What's going on?" asked James.

He rushed to the window trying to open it but there were bars behind the window and the window was locked. He rushed to the door but it was locked from the outside. He pouted and frowned. Rumplestiltskin had beaten him kidnapping him and putting this bracelet on him. He figured it was blocking him from flying somehow. But surely Rebecca, Shiloh, and others would come looking for him and he'd be out of here soon enough. But it was then he noticed a sheet of paper on the desk behind him. It wss lamenated as he realized it was a copy and he paled as he looked at it. It was an adoptation certificate that said Mr. Gold had adopted him. His name had been changed to James Gold as well to his annoyance.

"This can't be true." said James.

Gold, thought over what he had done, revenge was there in his mind of course he knew that it would not set well with the rest of his family, yet he did not see him & Pan getting along so he was not exectng anything out of these the having the last laugh, of course he was sure Pan would be more a pill then ever before yet he also hopped that it would not come to such things. He headed to the room to cheek on Pan see how he was agusting not that he fully cared really it was more for show.

James turned hearing footsteps as he realized Gold must be coming. He frowned as he stood up walking to the door. Maybe if he was quick he could get out of here. Then Tink and her family could help get this thing off him and sort this out. This had to be some plan of Gold's to get back at him for all the pranks and trouble he caused him. The door swung open and he frowned realizing Gold was blocking the door. He couldn't get away.

"What do you want Gold? I know with your magic and your wealth you think you can get away with anything. But not this. You're not my father. You're not the boss of me. The only family I have is Rebecca, Jaden, Shiloh, Wendy, John, Michael, and the Lost Boys. You will not keep me here." said James.

He glared at him defiantly. He was underaged but there's no way he'd stay trapped here in the place. He liked his freedom and he would get it back.

"I beg to differ Pan, why here you will do as I say" He smirked "You are right my magic does allow me to do as I wish & that item on your arm will see to it you get not funny ideas & until you prove to me that I can trust you it stays" He watched Pan "I will allow you to leave to go out, but you will be back by 8pm not any time later, I promise you I will not take anything form you & you best learn to fallow the rules" He watched Pan to see if he would get his point or if it was going to take a really long time.

He glared glancing at the item and paused.

"Wait. So this thing stops me from flying or using magic altogether? Great." said James.

He glared at him again.

"Well then it'll be a long wait cause we'll never trust each other." said James.

He paused saying he had an 8 o'clock curfew and he should follow the rules. James pouted but knew he had no choice. Perhaps if he played along he could get Rebecca to help remove this thing later.

"That curfew's even earlier what we had at the orphanage. This isn't fair!" said James.

He frowned realizing there was other rules.

"Rules? What else do you want me to do?" asked James.

Gold chuckled "I have yet to Pan & yes exactly since I cannot trust you at all" He hear his words "Well since you say we will never trust I do not see your curfew does not change & it is far since you show no respected for me" He heard his words on a rules "Mostl I want you to respected Belle & I promise you if you disrespected her& hurt her I will make you sorry. You will also respected this house that meaans not destroy it or other foolish things & if I tell you or Belle tells you to do somthing I expected it to be done" He meant it he did not want Belle hurt & if the boy could not respected Belle issues would happen, it was not somthing Gold would accepted. Gold wathed Pan "Now do you agree to fallow the what I have told you?"

James frowned and nodded. He wasn't sure if they'd ever trust each other but he would be civil and nice to him and Belle. He wasn't going to cause trouble here. At least not while he was living here.

"So basically you want me be nice to you both and respect your authority? Fine. I'll agree to your stupid rules. You're not giving me a choice anyway so I might as well go along with it." said James.

He really hoped Tink and the others could find a way to get this off. Maybe he could ask Mother Superior or even the mayor to help him. Then again chances are Gold was monitoring him so asking for help might be out of the question. But he had to try.
