"I think seeing you enjoy my food, was enough to fill me" He told her and Belle blushed and looked away. She had eaten too much. It was un lady like. "There is always games, chess, cards, we could read something I know you enjoy" He told her now and when he giggled, she smiled. She light the strange giggle he had. "True," she told him. "Though I can not play chess and am a poor looser with cards. Reading though sounds nice. Who is reading to who?" She met his eyes again. She loved to read to him but if he would like to read, she was sure she would enjoy that as well.

He saw her blush, at his first words "It is a complement Belle & you should not feel any shame, besides I already eat" He smiled to her "I could teach you chess & remind me when we need to make a deal with you to play cards, as for who reads to you....." He smirked more "I suppose I can read to you, for a change"

"It is a complement Belle & you should not feel any shame, besides I already eat" He told her and Belle offered a little smile. Even still, she knew that she would not eat that much in one helping again. It made her feel odd. "I could teach you chess & remind me when we need to make a deal with you to play cards, as for who reads to you....." He told her now. "I suppose I can read to you, for a change" Belle's smile widened slightly. She would have to watch him when playing cards, she knew that now. "I would love it if you read to me." She told him now.

Rumple watched her, with her words he smirked before he spoke simple "Of course" With a snap of his fingers a book, appeared that he picked up before he moved to a part he though would fit the mood best. It was a book on poems, yet poems could hold just as much power as any other book, if read right. And with that he begin to read, mealy allowing his voice to being the poem to life.
"She walks in beauty, like the night Of cloudless climes and starry skies, And all that's best of dark and bright Meet in her aspect and her eyes; Thus mellow'd to that tender light Which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less, Had half impair'd the nameless grace Which waves in every raven tress Or softly lightens o'er her face, Where thoughts serenely sweet express How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on that cheek and o'er that brow So soft, so calm, yet eloquent, The smiles that win, the tints that glow But tell of days in goodness spent, A mind at peace with all below, A heart whose love is innocent"

Abi sat silently and then smiled when the book appeared. She watched him move through the pages, and then when he began to read, her eyes were on his face as she lost herself in his words. She did not move through out the poem and then when it was over she sighed. "I should have you read to me more often, sir." She told him in a soft tone. "That was very pretty." Why did she somehow feel that poem was partially directed at her? Abi's head tilted slightly as the ran threw the poem again in her head.

Rumple heard her words he smirked before he giggled lightly "My dear, I think you the better story tell then I, but we might work something out & most poems are" He looked at Belle "Did you want to read?" He did a smirk mix with a smile "Or should I for a bit longer?"

Belle shook her head when he said that she was the better story teller. She thought that he was. "You please." She told him when he asked his question. "I love the way you read." She continued. "But I can next if you like." Belle smiled at the man. She was feeling better with food in her stomach.

With her words he nodded "Deal" He smirked with it, though it was not his normal way of a deal, he just had to say it. After all it was him, the deal maker the trickster, at times though, he was in many way honest if one knew how to find it in his words.
"I have been one acquainted with the night. I have walked out in rain -- and back in rain. I have outwalked the furthest city light.
I have looked down the saddest city lane. I have passed by the watchman on his beat And dropped my eyes, unwilling to explain.
I have stood still and stopped the sound of feet When far away an interrupted cry Came over houses from another street,
But not to call me back or say good-bye; And further still at an unearthly height, O luminary clock against the sky
Proclaimed the time was neither wrong nor right. I have been one acquainted with the night"

Belle sat there as he read another poem. She was silent as he spoke. The poem again was nice but she liked the way he spoke. She liked the way his lips formed the words. Belle's eyes were on his mouth. When the poem was over, Belle blinked and then gave a sweet smile. She knew he expected her to read but Belle did not know this book like he seemed to. She had no idea where to start.

Rumple finished reading the poem, from there he closed the book with a soft thud as he looked at Belle "And what did you care to read Belle?" It would not be fair if just told her to read form the book he had, he knew well that for Belle to speak such stories she had to have a book she liked or knew so she could tell it, but for the time the book had done him well, nothing to long.

"And what did you care to read Belle?" He asked her and Belle thought about it for a moment. "Do you have a favorite book?" She asked now."She did not mind reading anything he liked. Belle was feeling a bit better now. A bit more energized. Bell chuckled at him. "Thank you for helping me today and entertaining me. I hope you are not bored."
