The Piper felt himself still at Rumpelstiltskin words, he was not sure what the Dark One wanted to hear of if he could give a good enough reason to not find himself, in danger with the man yet he knew that he had to be honest for at least if something happened it would die with knowing he did the right thing.
He looked at Rumpelstiltskin before he spoke "Those men brought me here, because I would not agree with there mayor on a task they wanted taken care of that dealt with you" Of course after he spoke, he could not help that he was fearful what might come form his words.

Rumple heard the Pipers words he giggled highly before he spoke "Really & they though one such as your self could best one such as me? They must be getting desperate indeed, though it matters little they will get what is coming to them" Rumple looked at the piper "Though it surprises me you would speak the true & not lie that would more likely save your skin"

The Piper heard Rumples words though his first was like a slap to the face, that he would think that in no way was he a match for him, it was hard to not say something & yet he knew if he did, well this could turn form bad to worse. "I find it is better to speak the though, even in bad times... for how else will one know you speak the truth if only when, you have nothing to worry about?" The Piper was silent now, deciding he would speak nothing on the words before, since he could class that into that was just what Ruple though.

Rumple heard the mans words, well at least it was true though he was still what he was so he had to make sure that there was no sign of friendship between them or that. "True, though are you willing to risk all you said to me to see if you live or would you prefer to beg, for me not to do something to you, after all it matters little the reasons for you being here, the fact remains that you are here & one my land, where none, excepted for your friends have gotten out alive, you would do well to think on your answer, for your very life is the price you will pay if it is the wrong choose"

The Piper heard Rumples words he spoke "It is better to die for telling the truth, then to live as a lier. When none can trust your word or you for that matter" So with that said he waited to see what, was being said or more that Rumple would do with his words, he knew he could of taken a chance to run, but with it being Rumple he would not of gotten a long way.

Rumple giggled at the pipers words, before he spoke "It is tempting to kill you or turn you into to something, how ever I will let you live with a warning, do not think to try me a second time" He watched the Piper "You would do well to leave before I chance my mind" The idea of the Piper running for it like a rabbit came to mind, though he would have to see how this played out in the end.

At Rumples words the Piper looked at him as if unsure of what to make of his words how ever, he decided it was best to not think of it greatly other then he was leaving alive. He bowed his head lightly to Rumple, before he turned to walk off & away back to where the path would lead him & once away from this place he would return home until he needed to leave.

Rumple watched the Piper leave, once he was sure he was gone he moved to head back for his own how giggling at the idea, that after this none would come close to his home ever again.
