Out to Watch the Stars

Gold & Abi had returned home after there time away form Storybrooke, though he could not say anything happened that was life threatening once they got back, though like any place things did happen why they where away. How ever tonight was there night, they planned to go out to set or lay out under the stars, it would be fun & more so with Abi there or so he though. They had picked some food to eat, why out it added a bit more romance to the hole idea of being out side under the stars.

He had placed a few blankets by the door, that they could take with should they decided to seat on a blanket or cuddle up with it, as they where out. There was not saying how long they would be out, though the odds was ether they got cold or to tired to stay awake.

Abi was finishing up a few last food items. She had a few beers in the cooler as well as an insulated thermos full of tea. She had made sandwiches and had some treats and fruit as well as a few snacks. Abi searched for Mr Gold now. When she found him, Abi stepped up behind him and put her arms around his waist. "I'm ready whenever you are." Abi whispered into his ear. She had dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a white tank top. She would be comfortable. Abi moved back into the kitchen to get the cooler.

Gold was dressed in a dress shirt with dress pants, it would take him a bit to get use to the idea to dress in anything else, besides he was not sure how much fear he would strike in people if he started wearing t-shirt & shorts. Gold felt Abi arms as they moved around his waist, his hand without the cane moved over them though his eyes closed some at the feel of her breath against his ear "As am I, let us go" He felt her move away, he turned to see her head into the kitchen he chuckled lightly as he saw Abi had gotten the cooler "I see we are indeed ready, let use head out, there should not be any cloud coverage so that, will give a better view" Gold moved to the door first to open it before he, coming back to grabbed the blankets, in his arm the one without the cane before he headed for the door, to walk out. If she needed him to close the door he could, though he would wait to see for sure. "So where do you think would be good, to watch the stars?" The could go to the park, though at the moment with it being late, they would find better reason to stay close to the house & that way if they needed something they could get it.

"I see we are indeed ready, let use head out, there should not be any cloud coverage so that, will give a better view" Abi heard him say as she picked up the cooler. It was heavy but she could manage. Abi carried it back to find him at the door. "So where do you think would be good, to watch the stars?" He asked her and Abi thought about it for a moment as she stepped onto the porch. Then she had an idea? Abi knew that there was a fire exit in the back of the Pawn shop. She knew that there was a staircase that led to the roof. "How about ton top of your store?" She asked now. Abi carried the cooler down on the pavement next to the car and then turned back to look at Gold waiting.

Gold heard her words he smiled softly at her words "Sounds good" Gold fallowed her, once he got to the car he set the blankets on the car before he opened the door so Abi could put the cooler in, why he locked the house up he did not think anyone would be foolish to do anything this late, by why risk it & that way if they did not return home it was locked. After all at the shop, they could just stay they as well if they needed to. "I will lock up & then we can be on are way" Gold moved to lock up before returning to the car, making sure the blankets & all that was in, he waited for Abi to get in before he did & then from there, he started the car & head for the shop.

Abi watched as Gold made his way towards her and when the car door was open, she hoisted the cooler inside. "I will lock up & then we can be on are way" He added and she nodded. She watched him for a moment and then looked around. There was no one on the street at the moment but some of the other homes had lights on.

When Gold started making his way back to the car, Abi turned and then got in. She said little as they started off for the shop. She watched him as he drove just taking in his appearance with the streetlight through the window and the dash board. When they arrived at the store, Abi climbed from the front street and then opened the back door to get the cooler. She waited for Gold to open the door to the shop so they could get in.

Gold could feel Abi eyes on him, he said nothing to this since there was nothing wrong with it. It was a quite ride, over to the shop & once there Gold got out why Abi got ready with the cooler. He moved to the door to open it for Abi before he moved to turn on some more lights in the back so they could see, he also made sure to cheek the heating, for it they did get cold he wanted the shop to be warmer then it was out side. He headed out to get the blankets & that. Once they where in, Gold closed the door before he approached Abi "We could leave the cooler down here & come down when we need it or take the items out & up, unless you plan to carry it up the steeps"

Abi brought the cooler in the store and sat it on a bare section of counter. She could hear Gold locking the door and then Abi looked around the shop. She loved being in here. There was always so much to see. Of course he got new things in every now and then and so Abi always found new things to examine. She picked up one of the ugly wooden dolls from a counter and then turned it in her hands before putting it back.

When Gold stepped closer to her, Abi glanced at him. "We could leave the cooler down here & come down when we need it or take the items out & up, unless you plan to carry it up the steps" He told her. Abi thought about this. Caring it up the steps would be work on her part. The cooler was far from light. But at the same time, would most likely not be the one to run up and down the stairs for things. "I'll bring it up." Abi confirmed. "It will be easier in the long run to do that." She took up the cooler again and headed for the back of the store.

Gold watched Abi, he knew her well she always enjoyed coming here seeing what was new & then, for many things picking them up. At hr words he smirked as he watched Abi pick up the cooler & head for the back "Alright, though perhaps you are using this to build more mussel or perhaps you are wonder woman & I nearly did not know" Of course he only was joking, though it would be fun to see how Abi took his words.

"Alright, though perhaps you are using this to build more mussel or perhaps you are wonder woman & I nearly did not know" Gold told her. Abi had almost reached the staircase and now she laughed. "Ha Ha." She mocked. Abi shook her head. "Don't worry, You're still the man of the house. Just with a good woman telling you what to do." Abi joked back. She was not really trying to insult his masculinity. Abi's playful laughter could be heard down the stairs now.

When she reached the roof, Abi moved to put the cooler down and then she stepped tentatively towards the edge. There was a waist high ledge around the edge of the building but not high enough to prevent someone from falling off. Even though the building was only one story, it did not mean that a fall to the pavement below would not cause considerable damage. Abi looked down at the fairly quite street below.

After a moment, Abi stepped back to the door leading to the staircase and she looked down at him with a smile. She moved back down the staircase to kiss his lips softly and then took the blankets so that Gold would have a free hand coming up the stairs. She brought the blankets back up and then spread one out near the cooler on the smooth stone and then waited.

Gold heard her words & smirked "Of course dear, whatever you say" Though he knew at times it was true, he could say one thing & all she had to do was look at him a certain way & things changed. Gold had watched Abi, though when she came back he lightly returned her kiss, before he fallowed her up to the roof. As he moved onto the roof, he smiled to Abi how could he not "Shall we?" He softly offered before moving closer to the blanket, he stopped before he glanced to the heavens & then looked to Abi "The stars are very bright tonight"

Abi watched as Gold emerged from the stairs and moved towards the blanket. She fell into step behind him. "Shall we?" Gold as her and Abi chuckled. It was a good relationship this man and she had. He could make her laugh so easily and yet he was supportive and considerate. There was no question why she had fallen in love with him. When he stopped beside the blanket, Abi ran one hand down the center of his back and then she lowered herself down to the blanket and waited for him to join her.

It was interesting even to her how she could not manage to keep her hands of him. Abi just liked being in contact with the man. Maybe it was because they were still freshly married but Abi did not think that this was the case. She glanced up at the stars now. It was true that the stars were very bright. Abi patted the blanket next to her and then opened the cooler and pulled out a bottle of water.

Gold felt Abi hand as it moved down the center of his back, he watched her a moment before he lowered himself to the blanket & moved closer to her, Gold had set his cane where it would be out of the way. He watched Abi a bit before, he moved to look up at the stars, though he found even with it fun & amazing to look at the stars he was just as happy to look at Abi, he told himself that they where he for star watching & nothing more, even if his mind wanted to argue that Abi could be classed as a start.

Abi watched as he sat, She was ready to help him get down if needed. Once he was sitting, Abi glanced back at the sky but she could feel Gold's eyes on her. She blushed softly. She was going to ask if he was okay but Abi decided against it. She took the top of her water and then took a drink. After a few more moments, Abi looked at him and gave a soft smile. "Did you want a drink?" She asked now. "Or something to eat?" Abi was not sure why he kept looking at her. She curled her legs up under her now and shifted just a little closer to his side.

Gold heard Abi words, at first he though to say now though he decided to excepted her offer "I would love a drink" He smiled as she moved closer, he looked at her as he watched her before he spoke "What where you thinking of eating?" He was enjoying his time with, her even if they where just talking & looking at the stars, though for the moment the stars where forgotten as he spoke to her & waited for her answer.
