When he touched her arm Abi paused. She turned slightly towards him now. She was just so confused right now. Abi was beside herself. She did not pull away from him not did she react badly. In fact, her other hand came around to rest on top of his for a moment. "I want to believe you." She told him softly. And she did. She wanted to believe him very much but it was so hard. She met his eyes for only a moment and then patted his hand before say softly. "Lets go home." No, she was not going to leave him just like that. When things got broken, you fixed them. You didn't run away.

Gold watched Abi as she turned to face him, at her touch he watched her more so he heard her words, he nodded to her words "Let use go home, we can talk there if you wish" Of course he could not say that he was thrilled at the idea, but he would if she wanted, he owed her that much. He offered his arm to her, not that she would take it, but he offered it to her any way. Ether way he walked with her back to the car, before opening the door for her if she would allow it before he moved to get in himself, start the car & drive off heading for home.

"Let use go home, we can talk there if you wish" He told her and Abi nodded. When he offered his arm, Abi glanced at it for a moment and then slowly, she slipped her arm through his as she so often did. She let him lead the way back towards his car and Abi was silent the entire way, She did not speak but she did glance his way a few times. She still felt like crying but tried to hold it back as best she could. At the car, she climbed into the passenger seat and after closing the door, she waited for him. Abi wanted to speak. She just did not know what to say.

Gold drove home, he could not say that he was happy with who ever started this, but he would not hold it against Abi, he could not. Once they got home, he stopped the car got out & went to open the door for Abi, he would wait for her he offered his arm again, before he moved to the house door to open it for her. Once they where inside he clossed the door, locketed it & moved to lead Abi to the couch so she could seat down, for at the moment it might be the best for her.

Once they arrived back at the house, Abi started to open her door and then noticed him coming to do it for her. Abi waited till the door was open and then stepped out. At the offer of his arm once more, Abi glanced at it and then this time, she did not take it. She walked up the path and waited for him to unlock it. This certainly was not the night she had envisioned. She had expected dinner with her husband to make the day better, not worse. Abi let Gold lead her through the house and to the couch. She sat slowly with one hand on her stomach just stroking it. "So now what?" She asked softly.

Gold did not miss she did not miss that she did not take his arm, he could not say that it was a good sign of course he could not say his temper had cooled much ether, heads would roll for someone or more then one if there was a group working together. As Abi took a seat on the couch, he desided for the time to take a seat in a chair across from her, before he seat he heard her question "Before or after I kill someone, for this sharaded?" Of course he would never harm Abi, but others would not be so lucky, he would do all he could to keep this marrige together, but if Abi ended it short of killing him, he would do as she asked, though he so hopped it would not go so far.
He also had a feeling he was going to be sleeping alone, not a comforting thought ethe he took a seat as he looked at Abi "Other then what I already said I would do & what I said to your questions, I will do what ever you ask to get this marrige & are love strong, but I am only one half of a hole, I cannot force you to stay if you so chooce to leave. So I ask what your feelings are, your thoughts? What you would like to happen? Or me to do?"

Abi watched as he moved towards the chair before sitting beside her. Abi frowned a little. She looked down thinking. "Before or after I kill someone, for this charade?" He told her and Abi felt a small smile come to her lips.
"Other then what I already said I would do & what I said to your questions, I will do what ever you ask to get this marriage & are love strong, but I am only one half of a hole, I cannot force you to stay if you so choice to leave. So I ask what your feelings are, your thoughts? What you would like to happen? Or me to do?" He continued and now Abi met his eyes slowly.
"I want a pregnancy test." She told him now. "On her." She wanted to be sure about what he was telling her. "I don't want to leave you..." She added softly. Abi stood now and moved towards him. She sat sideways in his lap in the chair and rested her head against his shoulder. "It has just been a very hard day."

He watched her waiting for her answer, when she spoke he could not blame her even when he knew the truth it still stung not that she would question, but that he had been blindsided so easy. He saw her rise, as she seat on his lap he was content he would do what ever she asked or wanted him to do "I will see to it that a test is done" He felt her head rest against his shoulder, at this he moved his arms up to just hold her & enjoy her being there. At her last words he lightly nodded "You & the baby are alright?" He wanted to see that all was well, after all he did not want everything that happened to harm ether Abi or the baby.

Abi felt bad a little for asking him to have the test done. She felt that she should just be able to trust that he was telling the truth but at the same time, Abi felt that she just needed the physical reassurance. "I will see to it that a test is done" He told her and Abi nodded courtly. She was sure that he would make the test happen whether the woman wanted it or not. Abi felt his arms go around her and she sighed softly.
The arm furthest from him came up and went around his neck holding him. b"You & the baby are alright?" Gold asked and Abi shrugged. "As alright as can be." She replied after a few moments. Her mind went to his leg and she suddenly wondered if she with the combined weight of the pregnancy were too heavy for him. "Am I hurting you?" Abi asked softly.

He felt Abi hand arm more around his neck, shortly before he heard her answer to how her & the baby where doing, at her next words he looked at her before he spoke "Not enough, to have you move" To be honest he had not though about his leg, though he was sure his leg would do well to remained him about it later, but right now he did not care.

At his words, Abi smiled softly. The hand of the arm around his neck made its way into his hair where she scratched the scalp lightly before standing. "Not enough, to have me move." She confirmed and then continued. "But I am hurting you." She was not angry about this.
It did bother her a little that she could no longer sit on his lap without worrying about her weight but that was just another fact about being pregnant. The weight of water and the baby and plus of course Abi had gained a little bit. It could not be helped. She would work on the baby weight as soon as the baby was born.
Abi left the room. She needed a bath. Normally she would have invited him to join her but it just didn't seem right at this point. Though if he took it upon himself to join her, she would not turn him away. She never would. She headed upstairs and soon the water could be heard running.

Gold leaned into her touch, as she ran her hand threw his hair & at the feeling of her scratching his scalp, he could not help make a sound that was close to a purr form him, how she could so easily get him to reacted. He let her go as he felt her rise, at her words he looked at her "Until you asked, I had not even though about it"
Though as she moved to leave he watched her, he did not ask where she was going no he choose to ask instead "Care for any help?" Of course him & help had not always worked out as so, he had had good thoughts to start & those ideas quickly changed because of one of them. It was not long until he heard water running & he was left to question if he should leave her be or join her, of course the later won out, for he decided if she did not want him there she could tell him to leave.
He wanted to enjoy her beauty in all stages, even if she did not see it & he could not say his imp of a self as some called him was not drawn to her more, with having the baby inside her, not that she had to fear him at all, but he was sure after his reaction around Cinderella in the other world with the idea of her having twins, he was sure that was told as well, him being imprisoned.
Grabbing his cane he moved to head up the stairs, heading for the bathroom he looked to see if she closed the door the odds where she would so the heat was not let out, but who knew. If she had he would knock before he entered, an old habit with her that he would never grow out of & if not closed, he would just take that as more an invited.

Of course Abi left the bathroom door open. She had nothing to hide. Not when the room was used for something like this. She had undressed and stood in front of the mirror for a moment just looking at herself. Her eyes were focused on the reflections stomach. She ran one hand over it feeling the baby move inside. "It's alright." She whispered to the baby. "Things will work out."
She would would not have known Gold was there if she had not seen the movement out of the corner of her eye. She glanced at him for a moment through the mirror and then turned her head to look at him and give a small smile. "Are you joining me?" She asked him now. Abi had added extra bubble bath to the water and the scent of honey filled the room. She moved to the side of the tub now and then turned the water off. Abi slowly stepped into the water and then sat. She glanced at Gold once more waiting to see what he would do.

Gold did not hear her words to the baby, showing up after that but she did not have the door closed so he did not knock as he entered he saw Abi look at him,at her smile he was sure she was not going to ask him to leave. She looked breath taking as always, no matter what she wore, even if it was nothing at all, he smiled at the thought, though with her question he approached her "If you will allow me to" He did not miss the smell of honey that moved into the air now, he watched her turn the water off, his eyes fallowed her as she moved to steep into the water & seat down, he had started work on his clothing after he spoke, though now with nothing on like her he moved to join her in the large tube.

Abi watched as he undressed. She liked the shape of his body. His chest and hips and the shape of his arms. She knew there were a number of other women in this town that would take him to their bed just to be able to say they had had him. Up until today, she did not think he he would allow it.
When he joined her in the tub, Abi moved her legs so that his were on the outside of hers. She moved her legs to slip under his thighs so that her feet were on either side of his hips. Abi leaned back in the water her hands moved to rest on his lower legs and she watched him for a long moment.
"Do you still find me attractive?" Abi asked him now in a low voice. It sounded as if she was almost afraid of hie answer. "I know I'm bigger now... I've gained a bit of weight..."
