The autumn winds licked across Lyssa's cheeks as her lavender and white Vespa zipped threw the streets of Story Brooke. She hadn't been there long, just long enough to know a few names and make a friend or two, get a job and a small place to live on her own. She knew the names of the big wigs in the town and to stay out of their way. Not like that would be hard for Lyssa. She was use to staying out of the way of others. With her numerous foster homes and train wreck romances, Lyssa had decided that it would just be best to look out for the only person who mattered to her.
Lyssa turned into the open gates of Story Brooke park and zoomed down the concert path. The long golden brown curls sticking out from under her helmet fluttered in the breeze behind her. This place was so beautiful. Trees had the right amount of leaves stuck to their branches. The leaves on the ground blew across her tires. The girl had never seen any place so pretty. Lyssa sped over to an empty picnic table and parked her Vespa. She took the helmet off her head and traded it for her green bag on her shoulder.
One of her talents she loved to do in her free time was draw her surroundings. She found it kept her grounded and sane. Lyssa perched herself on the top of the picnic table, drawing her legs up under her Indian style. Her icy blue eyes scanned the grounds for a subject. She finally found her subject in a boy playing with his dog. She bent down and started to sketch the pair.

Christopher felt the autumn wind as it blew threw over the lands of Storybrooke, he had come to the park to just enjoy the peace & quite, though he had walked to the park deciding he could enjoy the walk he moved threw the gate & form down there he walked down the path & form there moved to a place with a bench & a view before he approached it to take a seat, he was still getting use to learning who he really was, though he could not say how he felt, yet with that he also could not say that he liked that he could not find his family ether at least so far his father was a dark shadow & his mother if he found her would be the only key to finding his father & a name to find him by. Christopher took in the view before him, at times seeing people ether seating or walking, why children played running around playing games & other things, there laughter helped to fill the air as well.

Lyssa smiled at the sounds of the children's laughter. Such innocent things. She had to wonder who they were in the other world. A princess? A prince? A beggar child? She was a gypsy in that world. Maybe one of them was in her caravan. A shiver ran down her back, making her arm twitch. The twitch caused her pencil to skid across her paper. " Damn it. " She cursed. Lyssa erased the stray mark and fixed the broken section.
A man aught her attention. She wasn't sure what he was looking at but he seemed lost in thought. Lyssa tilted her head and gave him a little smile to see if he was looking in her direction.

Christoper, as he looked around saw a lady of course it was only shortly after that she smiled at him,he might of missed it, but had not so he smiled back before his gaze looked around to see what else was around him, with his load life he was mindful of his surroundings even more, though he still could not say that he had weakness like everyone. He rose deciding he could use some more walking & figured he could perhaps speak with this lady perhaps start with learning on who everyone was now any way, as he approached he saw she had a scotch book or that, once he was close he spoke "Are you enjoying your time?"

Lyssa unfolded her legs as he came closed and closed the cover on her sketch book. She dangled her legs off the side of the table and inched over so he could join her. He was definitely attractive. A little young for her though. " Yes, I'm having a wonderful time. " She said. Her voice was soft and sweet. Musical. " And yourself? " She asked.

Christopher heard her words he nodded as he smirked to her "Yes I am or as much as one can, with all that has happened" He had not missed that she moved to give him room to seat down, with that he moved to take a seat close to her before he spoke again "Though I suppose being here helps, the park at least for the most part is quite & relaxing"

Lyssa folded her hands under her rear and nodded. " I love coming here. Everything seems so serene. " She said looking back at the landscape again. Most of her life had been chaos. Most would have adopted to it and become a hell raiser. Not her. Lyssa had arrived in Story Brooke a couple weeks before the curse broke. She came here then and she wasn't giving it up now. " I'm Alyssa by the way. " She said offering him her hand to shake.

David heard her words, as she offered his hand to her he took it to shake as he spoke "I am David" He like her turned his view to the landscape he then spoke "How are you enjoying Storybrooke?" He of course by this time leg go of her hand, so she could do what ever she needed with it, though he did find how others where taking the change interesting since everyone did not reacted the same way.

Was that new girl smell still on her? She chuckled inside her head as she drew her hand back to her and put it on her notebook. " It's not like any other town I've seen. " She said. That comment could be taken anyway he wanted to take it. A cursed town always looked different from her point " Are you a local? " She asked. She bounced the heels of her feet a couple times. Adult ADHD was a bitch.

At her words he smirked, even if it could be taken to be good or bad "It is an intresting town, that has its charms at time, though it also has its own secrets too; not that it is much diffrent form any other town" He looked at her "I suppose I am in many ways, though some I am sure are more then me like those that have been here longer, but then again if you meant if I was born here then no, just been around"

Alyssa smiled at him. Rambling in a guy was cute to her. She nodded. Most places she had been, locals had given her dirty looks and gone on their ways. Lyssa would just hold her head up high and move on to another town. Not much phased her. " It feels homey here. " She said. Maybe that was just her though. " So is there anything to do here in Story Brooke? " She asked, finished with talking about the comfort of the town.

He heard her words "Well there is things to do, just depends what you like to do. I mean other then the park the bridge is much like it as is the woods. Of course then the library opened again so perhaps if you tell, me what you are hopping to find I can be more clear on where to go"

Lyssa looked down at her sketch book again. She drummed her fingers on the black faux leather a bit. The spin was held together with black looopy wiring. She was an artsy girl but she did enjoy anything that caught her interest. " Just something fun. " She said. " I've travled alot and I need something fresh. " She said.

He heard her words "Well not sure how much fun it is, but it might be something fresh for it would never be exactly the same & that would be the forest much to see & always new things to be found, though the town has talked about doing a wine festival, so that might be something else of interested"

Lyssa nodded. Her travles didn't leave her time for many festivals. Shoot, her last one was when she was a kid. A shiver went down her back. Toby would kill her if she set foot in anythign dealing with alcohole. " When's the wine festival? " She asked. She was a grown woman. She'd deal with her brother's rants when that bridge came.
