Gold stopped what he was doing as he looked at his son before he spoke "Well it did not happen over night, but yes she is one of a kind that is for sure. We first meet at a masked party, at the time I did not know who she was, but for some reason I felt drawn to her for reason I could not place. We shared are first kiss there as well & things might have gone more, but they did not. Though in the end she came to live with me as part of a deal to save her kingdom, of course there was no love or at least to such an extent as there is now.
But, in all my dealings none had been willing to not only keep there end of the deal, but give there own freedom up to gain others, it interested me just like when we first meet, but I tried not to allow any feelings to come, yet as you can see it did not work love still bloomed & in such a way that, I was at a great lose until she came back into my life"

David heard his fathers words he listened before he smirked & spoke "So in a way it was love at first sign, of course that would explain why you now cannot keep your eyes off her & God forbid you get into a talk that makes you forget that anyone else is around" He chuckled "I am glade for you both, you both complete each other in ways that is hard to put, words to yet it shows perhaps more so that the beauty was able to tame the beast with no more then a kiss.. or was it mealy a look?" David softly joked, of course if he was not his fathers son he would likely be more mindful of his words, but he did not think his father would be upset over it.

Gold heard his sons words "I suppose at the time I would of said it was not love at first sight, but then again she drew me to her so in a way it was perhaps more so now that I think of it, just at the time I would of not of said it was" Gold chuckled "I suppose it started with a look, even if I did not know it would be come what it is"

David smiled to his father saying nothing for the time, he was silent a bit before he spoke "I am sure many do not think things will lead to where they do, but then again with true love I suppose such things are so rare, that who would think to figuer where it could lead. Perhaps I will be as lucky as you both are, though it could take me a life time to find what you to have as well"

Gold chuckled lightly "I am sure you will, so long as you fallow your heart for it is wise, even if it feels pain & everything else" He finished with his piece before he looked at his son "I think we have done quite a bit today, let use finish up & we can close up shop before heading home, of course you are welcome to come to my home if you want son"

David heard his fathers owrds he just nodded, before finishing up what he had to do & then he turned back to helping his father with the store to get it closed up, at the time he had not desided if he would go with his father to his home or just go to his own, but that could still be desided later. Once they where done, he walked out the door with his father as he locked up & then agreed to go to his fathers if for a bit before he would go to his own home.
