She felt the kiss on her shoulder but did not say anything or move in anyway. "I did not mean to upset you, it is more I do not want to hurt you again & it looks like, once again I am failing" She lifted her head now but did not look at him. "Hurt me?" She repeated. "You hurt me when you think to much. I am not a child. I can say when I have had too much or when things go far enough. You are not going to break me by letting yourself go. It is not as if it is not clear what I want." Her voice was sounding frustrated now. It was then that Abi looked over her shoulder at him before walking across the kitchen to the fridge. She opened the freezer portion and began rummaging through it looking for something good. She didn't like feeling pushed away.

Gold heard her words, he did not move as she moved away it was not he had not though of what she said, it was more his respect for her that, he just did not want her to feel he was playing her or wanting only one thing from her. "I never said you where a child or did not speak your mind when you wanted.... I suppose, other then years since I found any interesting in someone, I fear I will lose you by doing something rash" Of course now he saw he could lose her, for not acting as well. He just appeared to be losing ether way they went, even when he tried he failed.

Belle sighed as he spoke. She knew that he was not used to this. She wasn't either but she did not want to be treated like a china doll all the time. She was not fragile and did not like feeling like he was afraid to touch her. It made her feel like she was a child or was doing something wrong. He was older than her she knew but she was old enough to know what she wanted. Abi took a roast from the freezer knowing it would thaw in the oven, it would just take a bit longer. She placed the meet once it was opened, in a roasting pan.
"I don't want you to be rash." She told him now. "I just want to feel like I am attractive to you. Like you like me. Like you are not afraid to touch me when you want to." She turned to him now. "I'm not saying for you to throw me down and..." She motioned to the floor. "Well.. you know." She blushed a little and then turned her back again and started on potatoes and vegetables.

Gold had only watch part of what she did, still thinking on her words & how they weighed on him, as she spoke again at her last words he could not help form smirking "Alright got it, no throwing you down on the floor, for fun" He paused a moment before speaking, between a smirk & straight face "Besides if I did that, it could be come a question on who would be helping who off the floor first" Of course it was mostly a joke, though it was hard not to say all the same. "As for being attractive, most the time I cannot think straight around you & then when I do it is likely not the best thing or I just walk all over my self speaking" He paused a moment "And here at home, I promise to not hold back so much on touching"

"Alright got it, no throwing you down on the floor, for fun" He told her and Abi let out a chuckle. "Besides if I did that, it could be come a question on who would be helping who off the floor first" He added. Now Abi turned towards him slowly. She gave him a smile. "Ha Ha." She told him. At his next words however, Abi felt her throat and cheeks turn warm.
"As for being attractive," He told her. "most the time I cannot think straight around you & then when I do it is likely not the best thing or I just walk all over my self speaking. And here at home, I promise to not hold back so much on touching" Abi met his eyes now and then turned back to the food. She knew that he meant what he said. But Abi did not think that he would keep his promise. He was afraid to touch her. Abi doubted that that would change anytime soon. She wished it would but doubted it.

Gold chuckled lightly at her words, as he watched her he knew that he would have to do better around Belle to prove his love, though it was not an easy feet at least for him. But, he knew that Belle was not like anyone else ether, a true diamond in the ruff that he just happened to stumble upon if anyone was worth praise & being showered with gifts & affection it was in deed Belle. "Care for any help?" He asked more for he was not sure if at the moment Belle would want to be alone with her thoughts & think on things.

"Care for any help?" Abi heard him ask and she looked back at him for a moment before nodding. She felt kind of bad now for the way she had acted tonight. With her temper over her father. and with what had happened a few days ago. Abi would really have to keep herself in check.
"Forgive me for being angry earlier." She said softly now. "These past few days have been trying for me to say the least." She offered a small smile and then went back to what she was doing. When everything was done and was now cooking, Abi turned her back to the counter and then leaned against it watching him silently.

Gold watched her with her nod he approached, helping her with what needed to be done. At her words he looked at her, before he spoke "There is nothing to forgive & I am sure that the last few days have been very trying, for there is much you have had to take in, in such a short amount of time" He saw her rest her back now, against the counter with every thing cooking now, he did not miss as she watched him he looked at her before he spoke "In are old home, your people would of done well with you as there ruler"

Abi nodded in agreement to his words. It was true that she had been through a lot. "In are old home, your people would of done well with you as there ruler" He told her after a bit and his words took Abi by surprise. She just stood looking at him for what seemed like a long time before speaking softly. Tears had begun to form in her eyes and she looked down at the floor. "We'll never know now." She said softly. Abi, now that she remembered who she had been, missed that life. She missed her family and friends. Her castle and Mr. Gold's as well.

He saw her look, he then heard her words as well tears. Her words ripped at him for more then one reason, he was the main reason for the curse for them being where they where now, of course he did it to find his son yet he knew that he had still been heartless not to think on how it would turn out. But, then at the time he just wanted his son & after losing Belle well he did not think he had anything to lose, after all he was not a free man, so it did little good for him to stay & remain in a hell of place. At seeing her tears he moved to approach her to lightly brush them away "I did not mean to up set you"

Abi sniffled and then blushed as his hand touched her face to wipe the tears away. "I did not mean to up set you" She closed her eyes and then took a deep breath. "I know." She told him. "You didn't upset me. It's just I miss what I used to have." She kissed the palm of his hand softly and then sniffled once more. "I can't believe that I was once a princess and now I am practically useless.

He heard her words, he shivered lightly at the feel of her kiss to his hand though he did not draw away from her. He listened to her words before he spoke "You are not useless in any since of the word, why would you think such a thing?" He was not sure if it was everything going on or perhaps what ever the mayor did, he lightly drew each of her hands in turn to his lips as he placed a kiss to them.

"You are not useless in any since of the word, why would you think such a thing?" He asked her now and Abi watched as he kissed her hands. She shook her head softly. "I know nothing about the world except from what I have read. The Mayor made sure of that. I have no talents or abilities. There is still so much for me to learn." She stopped talking now. Abi did not know how to put her feelings into words.

He looked at her as he heard her words "None of use knew when we came here, you will learn I will help in any way you want & I know others here in Storybrooke your friends would as well. Do not sale your self so short, you have always be brave even here, it will not fail you so long as you need it & you have always been a quick study, so I have little doubted that you will not know more them most with, in a short time"
He paused a moment "Any thing you wish to learn I we will find those to teach you, all you need do is ask & it will be done" How quick he knew the role changed, he wanted to do anything to help her not that he would not of before it was just she was one of the few that he would do it for.

Abi nodded at his words. She was of course thankful that he was willing to do so much to help her. Perhaps one day she would feel like she actually belonged. She gave a small smile. Nothing Abi could think to say sounded right in her head. Abi sighed now. She did like just being able to talk with him though.
(am at a loss with what to do with this thread)
