Gold heard Bell's words it was clear he did not grasp allot, her word only proved it though it still did not mean he felt worthy of her, he would do what he could to never lie to her, yet he knew it would not be a easy simple thing for him, since it could be he would do something & not think about it & be lie or something like that. "I promise to work on, never lying to you again, it might not be so simple just because at times I do not see something as a lie, I suppose it is just apart of being the great deal maker"
As her arms came around to hug him, he returned it with his arm that was not holding the cane, he rested his chin on her shoulder when the hug ended he heard her clear her & throat & with her words, he nodded before he spoke "Alright, just be safe & if anything happens, just call me" Though he did not show it, there was a part of him that it wold be the last time he would see her, in his home like this & unlike in the fairy tale world he would not be able to do anything to fix it.

Abi did not want to release him. She wanted to hold him for as along as possible. But she knew that she had to get out. She needed to have time to be alone and think. Abi knew that she was putting herself at risk with the Mayor but she could not do this here. "Alright, just be safe & if anything happens, just call me" He told her and Abi nodded though she knew she wouldn't call.
She moved in to kiss him and then remembered the ball. Never again... Abi turned now. She left the room and headed to the one that was hers. Abi took the dress off quickly over her head and dropped it onto her bed. She dressed in jeans, a t shirt and runners and then was gone down the stairs and out the door.
Abi headed to the bar first off. She needed a drink. After this, she was going to get a motel room. It would be two days before she returned to the house and had any contact with Mr. Gold.

For a moment he though she would kiss him, again though before she did she pulled back & left to get changed Gold could not say the act, had not left a hole feeling in him though, much like the other world he could not force her to stay or go, well that was not all true in the other world he lost his temper, more at the though of the Queen & perhaps if he had just listened to reason, to that part of him that said she was telling the true things would of been different, yet that was in the past those things happened nothing could change them.
By the time Belle moved to leave the home, he had moved form where he was to the front room, he watched her go & with it he felt his heart sink, even with the flicker of hope after everything that happened he could not give enough reason that Belle would return.
She might love him, but love was not everything, there was more to it & he had hurt her greatly more then once, so why should she come back or speak with him, unless she had to? For the rest of the night, he found himself hopping she would come back, not leaving unless he had to from the seat he had taken up before she left.
And by the second day, he just was trying to come to terms with the idea she was not coming back, something that never really healed the first time & it was not the best time to find ones self on Golds bad side darning theses 2 days, he was mean in many ways to start & now he was in many ways more so, he was in no way out to make friends now & his way with people was not likely to change until, he came full circle.
In that time he had not touched the room, Belle had left her items in, he had not seen her in town, but then he just went to his shop & directly home, for he was still brooding over what happened.
The idea to break something was there still, though not as bad as it was to start. Of course the idea to make peoples lives even, more a hell had been there & was more there then breaking something was.

Abi spent most of the time in the motel. She only left for food. And even then, she sometimes ordered in. It was the weekend and there was no school. But Abi knew that the pawn shop was open and she was not ready to see him yet. She did a lot of thinking and crying and talking to herself as she either paced in her room or lay on the bed.
Abi did love him and that drove her insane. She knew tat she could not be part from him for the rest of her life. She would regret it. But at the same time, she did not think that he would really try to change. She could not trust him. Not after he had already lied to her.
Numerous times she was temped to call him. Each time she talked herself out of it. Hearing his voice would not help right now. Her dreams were filled with him too. Both from her time with him here in Storybrooke and back in the other dimension. It took her two days to decide what the best thing would be for her to do.
That afternoon she checked out of the motel and walked to the pawn shop. She did not hesitate as she opened the front door and stepped inside. She saw no one and walked to the counter before knocking on the top of the counter.

Gold was in his shop just working to finish things up, he planned to leave soon after all right now he could really not vent at anyone so, perhaps home would be a better place, or so he said for the moment.
At hearing the knock to the counter, he moved from what he was doing, his anger flickered, he would think after 2 days people would decide to avoid him for the time being, yet it was clear they where not, as he limped out of the back room he had been ready to yell at who ever it was, though what ever words he was going to died when he saw Belle.
He was at a lose for a moment, as he looked at her a bit supposed to see him & when he spoke it was simple though it held an almost questioning tone to it "Belle" It was clear he was surprised to see her & the idea to just embrace her was there, it was he had not forgotten what happened, he likely never would. When he came more into himself he spoke "What can I do for you?" Not the best words, but he had no idea what to say he was stumped, why well he knew it just was amazing how fast he tripped over himself because she walked into a room.

Abi watched as he came out of the back room. There was no doubt that he was a sight for sore eyes. At his words however, Abi blinked in surprise. "Is that all you have to say?" She asked with hurt in her voice. "That's my welcome?" Abi turned now and slowly made her way back down the aisle. She looked at this and that. Abi was trying to hide what she was felling. He had not expected her to return, that much was obvious. But to be quite honest, she had expected a bit of a more happy reunion. "I've had time to decide what I want." She told him now.

He heard her words of course he knew it was the wrong words to say at least, the last part he knew was true. "It was not what I had planned no, I had though, to give you more a welcoming, but the idea that I could end up with another slap to make he one I got form you last time, is not exactly a comforting though" He had told her he would try to change, to speak the truth, though it sounded stupid as he did. After how many men, fear a woman? But, then how many women where like Belle? There was not missing her last words he almost did not want to ask, to know the answer "And, what is it you want?" He felt time appear to slip by, slowly as he waited for her answer, since after everything he was not sure how it would go.

"I would have preferred the welcome." She said in almost a whisper. "I shouldn't have hit you..."
She expected his question. "And, what is it you want?" Abi thought about how to word her answer. "I want to happy. Like I used to be. And I worry that you can not make me happy. I worry that I can not trust you. I almost want to go back to before I found out about everything. But then I would be oblivious and that would be wrong. And no matter what I feel towards you. I could not be happy without you. So tell me Mr. Gold, can you make me happy?"
She had started walking back towards him and and had moved around the counter to stand directly before him. She just stood there now. The ball was in his court. He would have to make the next move.

He did not miss her words of a welcome, yet he could do nothing about it now could he at least redo it. He smiled faintly "Perhaps, but you where up set, we do things when we are up set that we do not like later on. Besides you should take pride that you can be one of the few that, has ever been able to slap the Dark One or Mr. Gold"
Listening to the rest of her words he watched as she moved closer with her question "I would like to try" And with that he moved to kiss her & see where things would go form there.

She would always have that fact. She had slapped him and walked away unharmed. Not that she was proud of it. "I would like to try" He told her now in reply to her question,But she did not pull away from it. She let out a soft surprised moan and then her arms went around his shoulders and she stepped up against him kissing him back.

He felt her arms move around his shoulders & she steeped closer, when they kissed it was harder to just break it, this was something he had wanted for some time. And now he wanted the moment to last, his free hand moved up to the side of her face to cup it, though for the moment he did not move to break the kiss, as he allowed his lips to linger against hers, as he continued the kiss.

Abi was enjoying this without a doubt. She did however realize that his store was open and anyone could walk in here right now. She had to break the kiss but she did so slowly. Abi's hand went over his on her face and she blushed softly. "I'm thinking we should either head home or into the back of the store unless you want someone walking in and the whole town knowing about this." She didn't want this moment to stop but she did not want him hurt in the long run by it either.

He felt her break the kiss, before e felt her hand on his with her words he smiled, he smirked with her words "Perhaps home would be a better choose, though the back of the store sounds tempting, as for any that would come in, I would make they wish they had not" He looked at Belle "All I would need do is lock up before we head home"

"I don't doubt it." She replied. When he said that he would need to lock up, Abi nodded. "I'll wait outside." She decided.
Abi kissed him once more very quickly nad then turned away from him. Abi walked through the store once more and then let herself out. He figured that it would look odd for her to be standing outside of the store so she walked down the street towards his car. Abi leaned against the vehicle and waited.

He smirked a bit more with her words on not doubting it, he nodded with her words "Alright" He felt her quick kiss, with that he waited for Belle to leave before he started to close up, he turned off most the lights excepted one that was to help the camera if any broke into his shop. The last thing he did was lock the door, before heading to his car, he unlocked his door before pressing the button to unlock Bells door. He would wait for her to be seated, before he would him self & once he was seated he could start the car & drive them home.
