The wind blew Marian's dark hair across her eyes. She found herself deep in the forest again, not knowing how or why she'd gotten there. Her eyes swept the trees, constantly scanning, a trait she'd picked up from Robin in their childhood. Dressed in different tones of green and brown, Marian blended into the forest well, traveling by foot today rather than by horse, her feet barely made a sound as she traveled over roots, twigs and leafs on the forest floor. Stopping, Marian could hear the sound of an approaching horse, obviously the person in control of the mount wasn't concerned about being heard or seen, and wanted their presence known by the way Marian could hear their weapons jingling. Crouching low, Marian stayed out of site, not yet sure if this person was friend or foe. Tentatively Marian moved closer to the approaching horse, curiosity getting the better of her as she waited for whoever it was to appear.

The Horseman rode on threw the forested watching for a sign of his prey knowing they would have to come this way, perhaps not the exact path but all the same. He stopped at times to take better note of his surondings at one point he felt someone close & had stopped to look for who ever it was, but he saw nothing & it did not fully ease the feeling in him that he was missing somthing, how ever he knew he had to that it was best to press on to see if he picked up a trail or lead to show him the exacted way his prey was off to. It took a little bit more, before he thought he saw a hint of a sign of his prey in question he stopped his horse who was as black as the darkest night & toned threw his masters need, the coat almost shined form being groomed that morning & the mane & tail held a cinky waveyness to it. The tack was black, blending into the horse it self well. The Horseman moved to get down before appoching the area, taking in any hints of a sign as he did so.

Marian held her breath as the person approached her hiding spot. Not that you could really call it that, she wasn't purposely hiding, the young woman just knew how to blend into her surroundings as she'd been doing it most of her life. Afraid to move Marian watched. She'd never seen this person before in the forest but that didn't mean that they were enemy's or spies did it? Careful not to give away her position, Marian crept around behind the Horseman before stepping out onto the trail a good distance from him. "Good Day," she said softly, her words just loud enough for the man to hear. Waiting Marian watched every movement, if he charged her, she could have her bow out and fired before he took two steps.

The Horseman, had been close to the area he was going to cheek when he heard Marian words he turned on the spot, taken off gaurd at not hearing her before hand or knowing she was there, it was somthing that to the right person would lead to his death. His hand hand come to rest on the handle of his sword as he layed eyes on Marian, his hand that was on his sword slowly moved form the spot since for now she possed no threat & she was not his target. "Good day" He answered back he did not know her & more so what she would be doing here in the middle of a forest, perhaps she lived here not that it was his concern it just was not somthing he saw much of & most stayed away form him so the odds where she had not idea who he was or more what he was & the tails romors spoken of him.

Marian took in ever detail, her eyes scanning the horseman and all of his armor. He hadn't charged her, so for the moment it seemed that she and those she loved were in not being threatened. "My apologies," Marian said formally giving a small curtsey to show that she did posses some manors. "Lady Marion Fitzwalter," she said introducing herself with her full title. "And you are?" Marian asked folding her arms over her chest.

He watched Marian & heard her words he did not miss her curtsey he bowed to her as he spoke "I only have the name of Horseman to go by any more" It was true, he had lost alote so he unlike Marian had not title to use as she did & his name meant very little to him any more. Thought he did not take well to her folding her arms not sure if that was a good since or not.
