Belle was pleased when the girl entered the kitchen. She turned enough to give her a smile. Belle did not miss that her husband did not join them. She said nothing but this did bother her. Belle knew that this girl being here was not only up to Belle. Her husband would have a say as well of course.
She watched the girl sit and she considered going for her husband. To try and make him see it her way. She had actually started to go a look for him when he appeared at the door to the room. Belle tilted her head slightly and gave a soothing smile but she did not moved right away.
When he did not enter the room, Belle started forward now. She took her husband by the hand and then whispered "Its okay." She pulled him into the kitchen. Within a half hour a quick dinner of burgers and fries was made. She set everything needed and the food on the table and then sat and glanced at her husband.

Gold saw his wifes smile yet it took her coming to him to take his hand to get him to join, them he was still not sure about this perhaps just his time having everyone wanting him dead or to control him was still their stong keeping him aleart form letting his gaurds done. It was not he did not like Venice it was more he was not a trusting person, at least when it came to what could happen his nature eat at him still. He returned his wifes smile yet once Belle add all the food & such that would be needed for the meal, with her glancing at him as she sat he could not help but move to her chair & lightly kiss her cheek as he spoke "It looks & smells wonderful Belle" With that he moved to join her seating down at the table, he did not miss that Venice was seated with them yet he did not mind perhaps later he might question things, yet for now he was fine with it. He looked at the girl as he spoke "What is your name? And where are your "Where are your parents?" He knew his wife asked before hand the second question, but she had not really answered & he did not wish to get in trouble with the law becouse the girl ran away or that.

Alice watched the man closely as he moved to the table. She watched when. He kissed the woman. There was tenderness there and it brought a small smile to her face. The food was on the table and Alice could barely keep herself from grabbing at it. She knew it would be rude but she was just so hungry. The smell of the food was filling her head and clouding her self control.
When he asked her questions, Alice blushed nervously. "Ali...Venice... I'm Venice."She had almost given her real name. But she did not want to give them that much. She was still dealing with who she was herself. Alice had no idea how to explain it to anyone else. "I don't know my parents. I haven't seen them for years." This was not really a lie. It had been years in this world.
Alice glanced at the food again and belle urged her to help herself by nudging the plate to towards the girl. Alice tried to be polite and took one Burger a and some fries. They were gone within minutes however and she went back for seconds. Again minutes later, her plate was clean of even crumbs. Finally she sat back full.

Gold heard her words, her answer & it was as if he could since she was lying about her name at the very least he said nothing on it yet he eyes sparked at the thought, of course it was clear Venice was indeed hungry as she put 2 helpings of food away he would of said something if given the chance yet he was sure it would be taken the wrong way & he was not in the mood to fight with Belle of all people, but he knew that he would have to speak to her later about Venice that he was sure she had given them her wrong name & that could lead to other lies as well, something that could lead them into trouble in the end.
As Gold made a plate for himself he spoke hopping that Belle would not take offence as for Venice he would only be as nice as he could at the moment because she was a child still, other wise he would of been more harsh in his words "Venice next time try to enjoy tasting the food, it is not going any where & not eating like a ravaging wolf"
He could not say it would not come off some what hurtful, yet it was true & he knew she was hungry it was eating like that being hungry could make one also sick for they where not use to so much food so in a way he hopped his words where away to get her to not make herself sick.

"What's your real name?" Belle asked softly as the girl wolfed down her food. When her husband commented on the way the girl ate, Belle shushed him gently. Belle assumed the girl knew how she looked with her behaviour but Belle also realized the girl was starving. She was happy to see how ever the child had left some food for everyone else.
Belle herself took a bit of food and ate slowly was she waited to see if Venice would answer. "It's okay." She urged softly. "You cana trust me." Belle let a few more moments of silence go by before she spoke again. "It you haven't seen you parents in years, who are you living with? Who are you here with?". Belle already knew the answer to her questions but she hoped she was wrong.

Gold did not miss as Belle shushed him he just looked at her, yet said nothing yet he did not see issues with what he just said of course he smirked as he listened to Belle say she could trust her, of course not adding him in the trusting him was fine with since he was a bit harder when it came to trust, yet he was glad to see Belle saw threw Venice, but he did wait to see what Venice would say he slowly enjoyed eating his burger & fries, taking a drink at times.
