Kathryn's fiancee in Fairy Tale Land and the gym teacher in Storybrooke. Would like him to be here so Kathryn can reunite with him. Kathryn and Jim reunited after the curse broke and Jim is now living with Kathryn in her home.

Kathryn's father in Fairy Tale Land and he possessed the power of the golden touch. You can choose who you want him to be in Storybrooke and decide if he's gotten rid of the golden touch by then.

King Charles/Mitchell Herman.
Thomas/Sean's stepfather. In Fairy tale land he rules his kingdom. He kidnapped his mother from her boyfriend and forced him to marry her. Being king his rule was absolute and not questioned. So Thomas grew up for most of his life unaware Charles was his stepfather. With Thomas's mother diead and learning the truth that Eric is his real father he's chosen to stay and plans to try to take over his kingdom.
In Storybrooke he's still rich but it is more stern on his stepson. He was the one who arranged the deal in Storybrooke for Rumplestiltskin to get Ashley's child. He disowned them temporarily when he chose Ashley over him but when the curse broke he welcomed them both back into the family.
